No accident these guys have a great rating. They've fixed our cracked screen once - and another time they gave us the best recommendation for a laptop repair issue. I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews but I really recommend Aaron. He's a straight shooter and not out to rip anybody off.

Wireless Repair in Pacific Beach is awesome. The owner, Aaron is friendly, personable, professional and most importantly, extremely helpful. I was out of the country for an extended time and had a complicated situation with my carrier. Aaron clearly explained my options, called different carrier reps, looked into other possibilities, etc... He went out of his way to make sure I was fully informed and got the best deal. This establishment gets my highest recommendation.

Aaron is a great guy to work with - friendly, bright, and incredibly savvy about all things wireless. He fixed my (very old) Android phone screen on the same day, while other shops wanted to charge more and needed multiple days to get parts. He shared some helpful insights for a future purchase I need to make. Highly recommend this business!

Aaron was amazing. My daughter's phone stopped working and Aaron knew exactly what to do, he changed the screen while we waited and in a few minutes we were back to our day. Such a nice guy, very kind and friendly.

My phone was on the fritz- shutting on and off, opening apps, and I was unable to use much of the screen. Aaron was able to replace the screen in less than 30 min and was honest about not necessarily needing a new battery. He was kind, answered questions from my mom (who admittedly needs help with technology sometimes), and the conversation was fun. I'd trust him with future repairs. Thanks Aaron!

Full disclosure I did not actually get my phone repaired by them, but after speaking w/ 10 other repair shops, these guys gave me a straight answer & informed me of an issue w/ Google software not being updated for the calibration of the new screens, which is a necessary step in the repair process. He could have just taken my money & winged it, but was honest & said without an updated calibration software update, the fix wouldn't work. I appreciate the honesty.

I was able to get my screen replaced in 1 day. I messaged the shop on Yelp and the owner asked me to come in to discuss the details. He ordered the replacement part and called me the next day that the parts arrived. He did a professional job, my phone looks pristine. I am happy with the results,cost and how short the whole process took. Highly recommend this shop for Android and iOS screen replacement repairs. He does the job correctly with original parts and has master level experience and great customer service.

If I could give Aaron ten stars I would. He quickly diagnosed my iphone problem but suggested an overnight test to make sure. When we had a repeat in two hours, he helped me figure out the best way to fix it, advised I consult with my son and there was hardly a cost. This guy is smart, honest, kind and gives you one of the days that makes you smile.

I forgot what it's like having a clear screen again it's nice to be able to see pictures & videos. I brought my phone in after work & all I did was turn it on & Aaron goes "Oh got it, give me 10 minutes" the whole time he was making small talk & was super friendly & gave me a few phone pointers that really helped. Nothing is blurry or pixelated, all my photos & my camera quality look the same as it did when I first bought the phone, maybe even slightly clearer. He's pricey for a reason, don't cheap out because it can affect a future trade in & your phone in the long run. Best phone repair I've been to

I called to get a quote and was VERY happy I did. Aaron told me he would recommend NOT having my phone repaired, even though he would lose business... and then explained (in depth) the reasons why. Grateful for his expertise and honesty! I will definitely call again, next time I have a phone issue.

He did not have the right parts for my phone, but reached out to multiple people and found a place that eventually helped me. He was friendly and extremely helpful! Came to see Aaron today with an issue of my son's iPad not charging or needing a charger for his iPad for school Aaron took a look right at it and said the charger is broken off inside. He removed it very promptly and showed me the charger that I needed for my son's iPad and we were done. Very nice owner very friendly highly recommend this business I've been in wireless for over 20 years and this guy knows this stuff.
