Justin was awesome. Helped us get in a room quickly and was very nice. We appreciate his help and all the effort he made into helping us out. Thank you Justin for all your hard work and help. We appreciate you! This guy is the one!! He deserves a raise!!

Overall, amazing stay! Hotel didn't look amazing on the outside, but the inside was amazing where it mattered, super quiet, and staff was amazing! Especially Justin at the front desk, best customer service I've ever gotten at a hotel! Would definitely stay here again.

On my second day I noted a big improvement, the beds and pillows are comparable to what you would find in a four-star or five-star hotel.I will be back, I recommend this

I was a bit worried after seeing the other reviews, however I didn't need to be. The room was huge and had everything I needed for my 4 night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the blackout blinds were very good. Also <5 minute walk to lots of places to eat.

The location is good as it’s accessible and close to Sea World, Pechanaga Arena, San Diego Zoo and Old Town. The rooms have sufficient amenities. However, it’s like a motel 6. I wouldn’t stay here again, especially not for a vacation. A one night stay was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend more than one night. We visited with our kids. The room and restroom were too small. You can hear people in the hallways and walking upstairs. So it’s not the best for a good quiet night of sleep.Nearby activities: Lego Land and Pechanga Arena are nearby.

Avoid Unless Going to Pechanga Arena - Let me start by saying the staff and cleanliness were great. They really need to get paid more! Location is ideal for Pechanga Arena. It’s just a 5 min walk across the street. UNFORTUNATELY, Wyndham, the company, needs to invest in maintenance and up keep. All room doors are open to outside like a motel. I could see light through the door seams. Could see light under the adjoining suite door connecting rooms. I stuffed a towel against it. Spider crawled over wife’s face in bed. Then I found a spider on my bed. Our TV was damaged. It flickered in the lefthand corner. The elevator seems very unsafe. The emergency phone is a block of wood. All the drink machines on all 3 floors were sold out. Only the ice maker on the first floor worked. Area is very noisy. Having room doors directly to the outside and not sound proofed makes it an issue. Parking in their lot is $20 a day. This is rip off. No breakfeast. And based on other reviews I think I got off easy. Granted, the attendant did refund me a little for my issues, but it basically just covered my parking. I should have got a free night. I think staff tries their best with what they have to work with. They just aren’t getting the help they need from corporate to get things up to par.

Front desk attendant was like a robot. On a very slow night of business there is no reason why I shouldn't have hot water for a shower at 530am. Elevators a bit shady with wires hanging out and doors not opening without buttons being mashed. And worst of all, they'll charge you $20 to park your car in their parking lot after spending so much to stay there. Beyond ridiculous. I do not recommend!

Stayed the night here, and the entire experience was pleasant. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and plenty of parking. If I ever need to come back I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Woke up after first night to see cockroaches in bathroom and main area. Had to get going for a busy day and called management at 9am to report the issue. Manager offered no apologies but said they would come up with a solution and get back to me. No calls by 2pm so headed back to hotel and front desk said they had no information or update. That's when I decided that staying a second night was unwise. Demanded a refund for night 2, which desk said OK, but I had made res via Alaska Airlines Hotels so had to work through them. Still unresolved. This hotel should NOT be on any list approved by Alaska Air. Note: only just now seeing reviews from others saying their rooms too had cockroaches. Incredible for a 3 star hotel.

OK for an Overnight Stay (ask for a room as far away from the adjacent, extremely noisy Building Site) Take your own cup, plate, cutlery, (and Teabags if you are TVs coffee drinker) But for any longer. The rooms, although clean had barely any amenities which would allow for a longer stay. Basic eating and drinking crockery needs to be put into the rooms. What use is a microwave when there are NO plates or bowls, dishes, cups or cutlery?? Makes no sense. The adjacent Building Site, (Staff Excuse, “It’s only until 8am to 4 pm. ) and lack of any eateries close by is really only suitable as a bed overnight.Rooms: Inadequate ‘kitchen’ facilities, but clean.Nearby activities: A Building Site if you like Building Noise.Walkability: BadFood & drinks: What Food & drinks???Noteworthy details: Already said.

Very beautiful location. Great if you're visiting Lego land which is only a mile away. Really enjoyed the fire pit for conversation with friends/family. Very large rooms plenty of space for families with kids or adults who have walking devices. As you walk into the grand lobby the luxurious view is a precursor of the quality of service and room expectations. Highly recommended.

Location is Prime for the area. My room was very good size and extremely clean. Didn't see any signs of bugs or any random strat hairs. The rooms are a bit noisy because they probably had carpet before but now it is laminate. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Parking was extra. Room was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. We left the room a mess because I thought since covid no one would come clean the room, but I was wrong. The cleaning staff came and even folded all of our kids blankets and pillows, and organized their toothbrushes! How sweet! Nice lobby, no pool and no free breakfast anymore.

This hotel should really be shut down completely. First of all I checked in for my reservation, staff was friendly. Walked into our room and had ridiculously loud and obnoxious people in the room next to us. Went to the front desk expressed our issue and was immediately given another room. Walked into our new room and within minutes a large amount of roaches came running out from the bathroom and all over the walls. This has to be the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to in my life. I immediately went to complain and the staff just said sorry. I don't understand how this hotel is still up and running with the large amount of roaches that ran out from one single room. I can't even imagine how badly infested this hotel is in its entirety. Apart from this disgusting experience the location is rundown and full of homeless people.

Cleanliness matters most to me, and I was grossed out by the dirty, stained bedding. Got placed right at the top of a stairwell. Nonstop loud sound of air traffic from the nearby airport. Parking isn't free. No breakfast.
