My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Zach to buy our first home. He spent a ton of time with us upfront making sure we understood the process and got to know him so that we’d be comfortable making such a big and life changing purchase. He didn’t shy away from hard questions, and really built a relationship based on trust.The San Diego market is extremely competitive, and things pop up and leave the market so quickly it can be hard to keep up – but Zach was always on it. He really dialed in on what we were looking for and helped us find and buy a real unicorn of a house. His negotiation skills are 100% the only reason we got it, and we couldn’t be more grateful.Zach is a delight to work with and constantly goes above and beyond. My husband and I decided to house hunt about a year ago. We were first time home buyers so the process seemed very intimidating until we met Zach! Zach was so patient with us and despite the long house hunt he was there at any moment. Always available for questions, showings, etc! Ultimately we found the perfect house for us. Zach came recommended from a friend after our original realtor quit. He prepared our visit to the area in two weeks and we closed on a home within a month.Given very low supply it’s a little miraculous that everything went as smoothly as it did and only a really prepared realtor could make it happen.He was also very knowledgeable about the UCSD MOP loan program. So if your a new professor or staff add a sixth star to the review.

We are so thankful for the professional, personal, and 5 star service Zach provided in our journey of finding the perfect home. This is long review because I want to show my appreciation but the biggest take away is he is truly wonderful and earned our trust.Like all perspective buyers we had a list of things we wanted in our new home. He did not just send weekly email with generic homes listed in our area. It was obvious he looked at each home to ensure it met our criteria. This to me showed he was respectful of our time. I know he adjusts based on each perspective buyer.We wanted to do things in an unconventional way. Zach was happy to take on the challenge. Though he is all the things I listed above the part that I truly respect most about Zach is he did not speak about things he was not sure about, the way we wanted to do things had a lot of misconceptions. He is extremely knowledgeable however if he wasn’t a 100% certain about the process or the answer, he openly said he would research the answer and get back to us. And he always did in a very timely manner. This to me is such an important trait to me. It created a high level of trust and I trusted his judgement.When he spoke to other realtors he was respectful while able to clearly communicate things to represent us and our best interest to create a positive relationship.During the buying period he was available and involved that I would have thought we were his only clients.I could absolutely go on and on, but it will only get lost in all the other amazing reviews. Zach is THE best.As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous about the whole process of finding and purchasing a home.
