vans are nasty and damaged ..Fleet Mgt no thanks, they can't take care of own vans

DONT BOOK!!! I booked 2 15 pass vans in february. 4 months later 2 days before my trip they called to say sorry we're cancelling the reservation, Why? because another company was willing to book for 2 months. The manager did not offer me any help to find more vans, or offer anything at all. 2 days before our reservation they called to cancel.

I’m so disappointed with the lack of service or regard. I have had a reservation for months for a 15 passenger van to take a group down to Baja for a much anticipated yoga retreat. I received an email today saying my reservation was cancelled b/c of van maintenance. Three days before our trip. Undoubtedly, they overbooked and left me in a terrible position due to their lack of organization or regard for customer service. There was no offer to help or remedy the situation. Just, “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”. All other companies are sold out and I am screwed. I will obviously never use or recommend them again. Extremely disappointed and needless to say stressed with the situation they left me in.

Be careful with this company. The day before my reservation I received a call from agent telling me they didn't have the 15 passenger van I had requested but would upgrade the van rental 12 passenger. I was also told that their car seats were in bad condition & if I could bring my own. I was okay with all of this. Next morning myself & husband go pick up the van. First thing I noticed was the agent Arsalan who helped us had an attitude like he did not want to be there that morning. While I'm filling out paperwork my husband checks out the van. He tells the agent that there are dents that are not listed on paperwork & that the fuel is not full we even mentioned that it was around 3/4 gas tank & paperwork stated F tank. Agent shrugged it off as no big deal & told us to just bring the van back as is. Husband took a video of the van just in case but he didn't take a photo of the fuel gauge. Well just our luck the agent charged us fuel charge & service charge for fuel of $47. I contacted manager I tried to inform him that we filled tank to same point right before drop off at the ampm around the corner from location. I was told that's not enough evidence. We also had problems with drop off I was told by customer service representative I was able to drop off van on Sunday after hours that I could leave key in drop box. I message Arsalan to let him know I'm dropping off van & he tells me I cannot drop off van until next day Monday. After going back & forth with customer service representative & Arsalan (the lazy agent with bad attitude) he then tells me I'm able to drop off van. Wow what a head ache! The gate was wide open & there was no one there. I was told to leave keys on windshield but I thought it was safer to leave them hidden where no one could see them. Anyway just be careful with this company they are not trustworthy. Lesson learned always take photos/videos of fuel gauge!

Horrible company. Terrible service. I canceled a reservation due to the current situation in March and they were suppose to refund me in 30 days. Well, it's been 4 months and still have not received my refund. It doesn't help when there isn't a contact number to the corporate office. Location in san diego is ridiculously horrible. I rented from them before and they totally screwed up my rental. I reserved a 15 modern up to date van which i paid extra for it, well guess what, they brought me a dirty beat up van with a broken side mirrors and the seats were falling apart. I couldn't wait for another one as we were behind schedule (they dropped it off 45 minutes late) and we had to be in Arizona for a tournament. Horrible experience. The manager at their san diego location, Jesus, is very unprofessional and a liar. I have texted and called him multiple times to resolve my case, remind you i have been very very patient and humble about the whole situation, however, he has not returned my calls, text or email. Please, do not rent from them. The one star is because I can't post without a rating.

This is my second year renting a van for our company’s trip. The rate is unbeatable. The Van is in a good shape for both years. The customer service is great every time I call. This year I need the size of the tire to buy snow chain for Tahoe trip, Jesus is great at communicating back and forth with me. I add or change the driver during the trip, he updates the contract for me right away. The return procedure is painless and no hidden fee. Will use their service again next year!

ZERO STARS I COMPLETED AN ONLINE RENTAL AGREEMENT COMPLETE WITH MY DEBIT CARD INFO, NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION E MAIL, SO I CALLED:THEY DONT AND DIDNT HAVE THE VAN OR A REPLACEMENT SIZE, SO I CANCELLED BUT THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED MY CARD AND I WILL GET MY REFUND IN 7-10 DAYS

When I went in to rent vans, Jesus was the employee helping me out. He was super awesome to deal with, and gave me a clear understanding of the rental process. Everyone here is super helpful, and the vans are quality. We had absolutely no problems and practically drove up the coast from San Diego to San Francisco and back. Super flexible with pick up and drop off and the insurance plan was such a good thing to have. Excellent service, and really nice employees

Rented a 12-passenger van "hi-top" in the San Diego area (India street), I was notified by Jesus two days before my reservation that the "check-engine " light just went on and the van might not be available but the low-top would be available. I went ahead and rented the low-top and didn't have any problems and the Van was clean. I returned the van at 7:30 pm, nobody was there but the website stated it closes at 9:00 pm, I left the van parked in the street and returned the keys the next day to Jesus. Despite all the "blips" I encountered, I applaud Jesus for keeping in touch with me and his "professionalism", and refunding the difference between the hi-top and low-top van. Ted D.

A friend of mine rented a van from this company for a trip we were all taking together and I was the worst decision she could have made. The company charged her before the pick up which was fine,l but they charged her card again for an extreme amount of money while we are already on the trip!. The van they gave us had 150k miles with dents and chips in the windshield. My husband is a mechanic so he check the fluids and the van was low on pretty much everything!. The van was not well maintained at all. IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE CURRENT REGISTRATION, it had been expired for over a YEAR!!! The seats were stained and Torn. The van had a moldy smell as well! It was gross. Along with all that it had bad tires and no spare!!!!!. We decided not to use the van and returned it. They didn't return the 2 charges for months!!! We all spoke to the worker and he was very sorry for what was happening but after some digging into this company it makes sense! They don't treat their employees well and they don't even pay them on time. This company is a scam to the customers and their workers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!

Very bad customer service. Avoid at all cost!!. Company was not open when we arrived at 10am. Then the vans that we’re reserved didn’t have keys. Received 2 old vans with 100k+ miles which we’re filthy and we had to clean ourselves. Worst of all, when received my credit card bill, they charged $1800 2x and can’t figure out why and 2 weeks later are still researching. Had to reverse my entire credit card as these people are crooks. You will be sorry at this sorry establishment.
