San Dimas AT&T is the best location I have ever been to. The employees were thoughtful, knowledgeable, genuine, and they made the process streamline and effortless. I live about an hour away, but if I have any issues, I will probably drive to them.

I was not able to go in the store since it was robbed he said a few days ago, so any customers have to wait outside and only one customer allowed in the store. Which is fine when they said they would give me a call within an hour “David” at the store he never called. I waited since 1:20pm-7pm never did I received a call. Gonna have to look for another cell phone company who wants business and will take care of there customers. No thank you AT&T representative David.

Alonso is awesome ! So helpful and welcoming he was hilarious and made us feel right at home nothing but laughs and helped us get our phone replaced ! Thank you AT&T for having great employees like Alonso !

I am a tourist having a trouble with my prepaid sim that I bought from BestBuy. Visit this store for assistance and the manager is very patient and helpful. We manage to activate and load up the prepaid card also. Awsome store, staffs and management. Highly recommended!

Jghakarie was very helpful to me and my family. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about the different packages AT&T has to offer. He hooked us up with deals and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend his help!

Tell you what the store staff improved by leaps and bounds , one can actually have a conversation with the staff and not be treated as 3rd world customer , or looked down on as they are doing you a favor to let you have an AT&T service.

Scott was super helpful! He was amazing. Other representatives were not though, including the manager. There were 4 customers behind us and they waited 30 minutes for help and Scott was the only one working and the others were hiding in the back.
