The owner does a good job, but the other two ladies are so painful. Because I usually go after work, on my way home, I've been dealing with it. I'm done. They shape and do an ok job, but the lady closest to their back door, furthest from the front door, always looks mad now. I feel like she takes it out on the client. I could overlook it once, maybe twice, but I'm done. I tip well on the regular but I'm sick of paying for the pain. The lady in the middle chair, possibly the owner, she does well, without the excess pain, but she's usually busy.

Today i went to get my eyebrows done. The girl there she was more into her conversation on the phone . I had too wait til she was done no one was there . I was hoping vita was there but she was off I’m guessing . Once she was done with her conversation she took less then 2 minutes to do my eyebrows my eyebrows don’t match anymore. I’m very upset and she still had the ordasery of waiting for a tip. Haven’t walked out the door yet when she grab the phone I guess to keep talking to the guy she was talking too. I come here all the time but don’t know what’s going on . They are loosing there touch and detail is no longer there . It’s sad . Who ever is in charge you need to check up on thieve girls

Sita is the best, I always wait for her...worth it . This place is convenient and fast and they do a great job. They also provide ear piercing and a henna service as well.

Just did my eyebrows and omg it’s just the way I wanted. Employee were really friendly, service was great and charges were pretty affordable. Overall, had a great experience well be goin again.Service: Eyebrow threading

i have been coming here for years and they have always done a very nice job. the price also has stayed consistent. they are also very kind and i love how the put aloe afterwards!!

they took us in at the last minute which was very nice. but the lady can’t follow directions. i specified i wanted them LIGHTLY cleaned. i like to keep my eyebrows thick. even though i said it several times to make sure, she still thinned them out.

I go here every two weeks. They always do a good job and are super friendly. Sita is always precise with what she does and I always leave happy.

TOO ROUGH , service was not as good as I remembered… and my boyfriend had his brows done after me. the lady offered to put Aloe on his brows after his service and she applied it with her BARE HANDS… there was cotton balls on her work station…

Sita is very good at what she does, always leaves my eyebrows looking clean as ever! Very short wait time, and organized by signing on to a tablet which shows you estimated wait time!

The place overall is ok Most of the time is clean, I would vacuum the night before so when you open the next day is ice and clean They always open late; it is very annoying to have to wait 15-20 minutes outside the store for them to get here and the excuse is always the same "traffic", seriously? Please leave early so you can open the on time The ladies working here are ok; Better attitude that before No tip is they open late!!

Honestly they did an ok job on my eyebrows. made them look a lot thinner than they should have been when I asked for just a clean up.. but besides all of that the threading HURT SO BAD. I'm not sure if it's the type of thread they use or what.. the normal place I go to in West Covina you can't feel a thing. I came here because it was convenient while I was shopping but not worth the pain. also eyebrows are $10 which is more expensive then other eyebrows places I've gone. this place is clean and they were nice people but was very painful.
