My fiancee went in today to cash her child support check like she has been doing for months now and what ever elderly lady was working today would not cash the check, I work in Chino as a closing manager so she had to walk there with her 1 yr old and home for no reason because your staff isn't trained properly. Definitely going to be calling corporate office.

5yrs coming here for work deposits and its ALWAYS the same .3pm on a Friday and only 1 teller. I dont know why people bank here. Most locations are the same . Waste of time !! 25min in line ridiculous.

Greetings, Rudy and Josh. I have decided to close all of my bank accounts with BofA after meeting with both of you. I visited the bank to request a written confirmation that my transaction had been cleared. However, I was met with reluctance and an unwillingness to provide this simple form of proof. I would like to remind you that some customers may have hearing impairments and require written confirmation of their transactions.Rather than acknowledging the company policy and apologizing, Rudy attempted to lecture me about my other institution's use of my money. This behavior is unprofessional and unnecessary. I requested a simple written confirmation that my funds had been cleared, and while you confirmed this verbally, you were unwilling to provide a written and signed form.Rudy, I understand that you have been with BofA for over 13 years, but it is not appropriate to show off your credentials in this situation. Your experience and tenure are irrelevant to my request for a simple form of confirmation.I would like to remind you that as a customer, I have the right to request a written confirmation of my transaction. Your unwillingness to provide this basic level of service has left me with no choice but to close my accounts with BofA. I have found better options with other lenders and banks who prioritize customer service and satisfaction.Thank you for your time, and I hope that in the future, you will consider the needs of all customers and provide the necessary assistance in a professional and courteous manner.I would have scored you 1/5, I gave you 2/5 because at least the janitor keeps the place clean.V/R,Tony T. Atousa Mazandarani was that agent that helped me. I kept getting screwed over by Wells Fargo so I showed up after work break dust and grime all over and I felt bad because I looked a mess and smelled a bit off after a 10 hour work day. She was kind and helpful and treated me with the same respect as anyone else she showed me all the info I needed to know to open my new account and even showed me tricks and tips to save and build more credit. As I'm new to this bank I'll be back in 6 months to write another review on how the banking is going. Thankyou for your time.

I walked in without an appointment and was advised that if I was there for more than teller service, that it would be best to make an appointment. I was fortunate enough to get immediate assistance. Sandy was super helpful and allowed me to knock out a few things that I needed to do. She also provided me with her contact info so that I can schedule an appointment with her for future visits.

DO NOT USE THE ATM. I used the ATM to withdraw cash, in the middle of the transaction it cancelled the process but still withdrew the funds from my account. I escalated the issue and made a claim, but was recently told my claim was denied. I'm not sure what to do at this point, please comment any suggestions. Thank you.*Edit* after some research, it seems Bank of America has received multiple complaints with their ATM's and the only way to get response is to contact local police, news or social media. This is more work than I thought, but worth it if can get my money back that Bank of America STOLE from me.

This bofa needed three ids to cash my check from onemain down the street. The process took over 20 mins. Every time they would ask me for another id I would provide it, then another id. I don't know if this is common practice.

Your staff is friendly but that does not make up for the fact that your bank does not accommodate working individuals who work past 4:00 p.m. How are we supposed to access our safe deposit box? Please don't use Covid as an excuse. As a long-time B of A customer it is very disappointing!

The service was incredible! This is now the branch you should go to. We had fraud on our account, they did everything they could to help including staying after closing time.

How about this idea!Open Saturday and close a weekday and accommodate YOUR customers! Some of us have been working non stop since this started and it doesn't help if we can't access safety deposit boxes because we work M-F and work longer then the 6 hours that you are open.Why do we have to lose time/money to do banking business when it suits your branch. Very disappointing.
