Well I haven't been there in a long time a boot barn associate named Alison helped me with selecting a shirt and belt and badass belt buckle for a wedding reception that I will be a roady at for dj jermey!! We love Boot Barn as the clothing and accessories they have to offer are usually not found at any typical store or in a mall and have shopped Boot Barns in many other states. One thing I would really like to emphasize is the new location. Great space and due to the larger location, they have quadrupled the selection. It’s nice to see places like this expand in areas that were vacant and repurposed for the better. Especially with this shopping center needing a touch of class. Hats off to you Boot Barn!

First time coming here and will be the last. I came to this place to exchange a Carhartt jacket cause the nearest store was in LA. Live in La Verne and didn't want to drive all the way to LA. I explained I wanted to exchange to one of the ladies and she straight up said no and offered no explanation or no other way to help. Terrible customer service and rude workers.

You spent thousands of dollars in an establishment and asked for a little assistance with a return or help with the manufacture a they just don’t care! I guess I will take my business elsewhere! Boot barn gets cheaper a cheaper including there customer service which the lady’s use to be so helpful! Unfortunately they lost a good returning customer today for good!

I spent thousands of dollars there. Bought some 650$ boots that are 30 days old that are falling apart and asked to maybe exchange or help with returning it to manufacture to no avail. Where is used to be very helpful unfortunately very rude. Lost a long time customer for good.

I was very disappointed at the sizes available and general selection of the "buy 2 get one free sale", which I even received a text message for. Time is money, fuel costs money, and to go to the physical store and see such a gimmicky selection was beyond belief. This store is bulging with regular priced inventory to the point of overstock. Sell it! I don't know who directs the sales merchandise, store or corporate, but things need to change. Some of the merchandise merely had the retail price circled in red marker, which demoted that it was part of the buy 2 get one free sale. I found a very comparable pair of jeans I need for an event at TJ Maxx for $19.99 just across the 57 freeway to the west shortly after visiting this Boot Barn.

Every time I come to this store, I am always greeted with friendly service and asked if I need assistance. The ladies that work here are helpful and sweet! Bootbarn has great jeans, boots, hats and just about any clothing for any occasion! I really enjoy shopping here!

Very nice, tons of clothes, hats, jewelry and of course boots. We went for work boots, the girl that helped us was very nice, and friendly actually all the employees were great. Kinda busy I never knew so many people shopped there.
