My wife and I usually love coming to this store but today we had the worst service from a cashier named John. He was very impatient with the elderly lady in front of us who was having a difficult time with her debit card and it was pretty obvious that he wasn't very happy with the way we placed our groceries on the conveyor belt. We'll be sure to go through someone else's line next time.

My husband and I were at the meat counter being helped by John P. We had a few questions about chuck steaks and he was very helpful. Then we ordered a pound of bacon and instead of passing it over the counter, John walked around to bring it to us personally. Along with the bacon, John handed me a $25 Stater Bros gift certificate and said this was his good deed for the day. i was so surprised and thanked him and asked if I could hug him. Since that day I have seen John P in the dairy section and at the check-out. He must be a Jack of all trades and definitely an asset to Stater Bros. His Managers need to know what a great person he is. So glad to have met him. Kathleen

The store is usually clean and well stocked. Bright inside, friendly staff. They don't always have the brands I prefers but the meat dept has great beef.

Update: I stopped by again and noticed they have video monitors up to help with security. I hope this helps. The staff was great as always and there were girl scouts outside selling cookies last time I was there. Again, it's a somewhat small store so I'm realistic about their selection but the produce is always well stocked, and I go there often enough to be familiar with what items they carry.

I just wanted to shoutout an employee/cashier by the name of John P. As we were in line this older gentleman's cards kept declining and the cashier named John ended up pulling out his credit card and paid for the $112 tab. He told the older man "Merry Christmas" and the older gentleman stood there in disbelief. It was truly heartwarming to see. What a beautiful person with a big heart.

I went to stater bros meat department the other day. I was helped by a young man named Matthew. I needed some extra help. Even though he was busy, when i asked him for that extra help he was more than happy to do so. Thank you Stater bros for hiring such a conscientious young man that's willing to go out of his way to help a customer in need! Thank you Matthew for going that extra mile to help me.

Five star because it has a deli. Unlike the one that is closer to my house. Might start driving the extra 5 minutes to come to this location.

I was here on Monday the 9th of August in the AM, they don't know what customer service is. I got in line at #1 check out, a lady was waiting for the checker, the checker was at some other line, doing what I don't know, she rang the lady up, then I have my items on the belt, she walks out and starts taking to some on in a red truck, this lasted for a while, I left my items and went to Albertsons, much better service

Stater Bros meet is generally Select Grade which is the bottom of the scale when it comes to quality beef. I believe they have Choice Grade now and then but beware when selecting your beef, most of it is Select grade which is not what you find in most grocery stores and Costco or Sams or Walmart. Stater Bros meat department went downhill some decades ago when it comes to quality grade beef.

I went to stater bros for a prime rib went to 3 other grocery stores no one had one finally at stater bros on arrow I went and met Joseph D he was great help first was busy in back stopped what was doing helped me and my wife we did not know the size we needed he was patient showed us the difference size and which would be best to cut most meat he then cut suggested seasoning and seasoned it and even suggested and explained tie and wrap process might be better for us last I got one from another store they just cut it said once I cut it it's yours. Joseph did not nothing but super friendly helpful I will go back to see him at that location keep up good Joseph D

The closest grocery near me so 3 stars for the proximity and ALSO for the superbly consistent customer service. 1 additional star for the quality fruit and vegetable produce, and all aisles are regularly well-stocked. And the final star is for offering digital deals (digital coupons), where you can type in your mobile number at the pay register. Nothing but a 5 star rating for Stater Bros.!

I would give this Stater's 5 stars if only they kept the produce section up. Green beans are generally brown spotted and the strawberries could be less blemished and soft. However, the meat counter and deli area are always helpful. You are serviced politely and quickly. The Kruse' bacon behind the counter is excellent because it's thick and evenly sliced. The fried chicken is usually recently made. ( hot and crispy). Try also the bacon ends that they package for the meat self serve shelf. I like that they will bag my groceries in my own bags since they have resumed "bring your own bag " despite the COVID-19 issue. I know the state has stopped mandating that restriction; other grocery stores will not bag for you if you bring a bag in, but this Stater's will.
