The Costco Vision Center in San Dimas is noted for being less crowded than other locations, with shorter lines, a clean and well-organized store, and convenient parking. The optical department, which is owned by Costco, is separate from the independent optometrist's office. Customers report that the staff is very helpful, polite, happy, professional, and provides wonderful, amazing, and incredible customer service. Employees are described as kind, patient, and attentive, taking time to explain options and insurance benefits in an easy-to-understand way. While the department can get crazy busy with a bit of a long wait, many find the service received to be absolutely amazing and well worth the wait, especially given the significant savings compared to private offices. The opticians are knowledgeable and work extremely hard. Customers are very happy with the glasses and service, from the eye exam and fitting to the final product, and many state they will return.

1st time here. I would like to Thank Nathan for the great eye examination easygoing. Lastly the best Grace was so helpful and very patient helping me pick out the best eye glasses along with some new sunglasses. Very helpful staff that explain everything to you, and your options. I went mid morning and was able to get an eye exam and order my glasses without a wait. I recommend making an appointment if you can. But they are very nice.
