People that make a big deal and freak out of random rare experiences need to get a life. They swear that Costco isn't a incredible place to shop or that they won't take the time to make things right. People let's have some patience and understanding. It's not the end of the world. These people don't understand how hard it is to be a successful business and things ain't always go like one wants my experiences at almost all Costcos are always the same. Get in.. get out. Stand in line... listen to all the workers and customers. Overall your lucky to have somewhere to get products in bulk and at a reasonable price. Pay for the executive membership if your there once a week. It'll pay for itself. Yeah workers won't always be the most courteous but they have to deal with people like the ones who are just looking for any flaw.. to feel special and needed so they have to let everyone know their "horrible" experience... lighten the fuck up. Be open, calm and thoughtful of these people. We all have issues and bringing them down to 1 f*%&in star isn't helping anyone. Either way people don't really give a shit about your reviews or thoughts. They'll always be there no matter what your opinion is. So be kind and understanding and you'll have a better experience almost all the time. This place is only for true connesours of the ultimate hands on shopping experience. Hey you have a problem when them shop online and save yourselves the trouble of thinking anyone gives a shit about what you have to say.

DO NOT BUY YOUR XMAS TREE AT COSTCO Bought Christmas trees from Costco San Dimas for many years.Xmas tree roulette! We buy it all tied up and reveal it at home. Always had great results. 7-8 ft for $49.99. Excellent value But now, we went today, 11/26 to get our tree. Very disappointing, the only trees they had were 5-6 ft for $49.99, bad value Not happy but we were there and we purchased the tree. This tree was so pathetic we had to go to Home Depot to buy a smaller tree stand.I'd take it back but it is not worth the time and money. Not a good Costco purchase.

Crowded on the weekends, so if you are looking to get in and get out, definitely try shopping during the week. This location tends to have fully stocked shelves which is nice very friendly workers. There is ample parking but again on the weekends you will be circling and circling and looking for a spot.

Stopped by the tire center, for a quick fill up on nitro air. Tires were low.

Went here to replace a popped tire since it was the closet place to me. They not only took the job but said to replace all of them. Thus it causing their employees to be Angry and causing damages to my vehicle since they were already closing! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL.

Optometry department was SUPER slow today. Have been here nearly 30 minutes and they only called 1 number. A lot of standing around. Started off with 3 stars but the longer I wait the more stars I remove.

I was super excited when my dad gifted me a memebership for my birthday, however after visiting Costco for the first time, I will never return, due the unprofessionalism and disrespect from Alexandria, the clerk who checked us out at this location. My fiancé and I had the afternoon off so we went to this location to check it out and stock our fridge. We went to check out and my fiancé put in our household card and the clerk freaked out and demanded to see his membership. I calmly explained that we were paying using a household account and that I did not know it would be an issue. What I presume was a supervisor stepped in and explained that he would need to present his own memship card in the future but said they would let him pay this time. My fiancé and I then began talking amongst outselves and at the end of our conversation said to him "it's fine, we will just use our Sam's Club" when the clerk popped off and said "that's fine, go there," with an attitude turned up to 100. Stunned I repeated "that's fine?" Her supervisor equally alarmed by her attitude apologized and leaned over to the clerk to tell her that she shouldn't say that. The rudeness did not stop there, once the transaction concluded, she shoved the receipt in my face nearly hitting me and said "here!" I fully understand that they have a policy however as a first time guest I was simply not fully aware of what it was. Full stop I'm not going to pay $120 a year to shop somewhere to be treated like trash or less than. There is a polite and professional way to deal with customers and Alexandria clearly needs more training as well as a serious attitude adjustment -- and it was a big disappointment considering how excited I was to finally be able to shop here. In conclusion, we will not be returning to Costco, we will stick to Sam's Club where I've always been treated with respect and dignity while shopping.

Shopping at this Costco is always a fun experience. The hot dogs and pizza are always a nice treat and reward for arduously pushing a shopping cart with a load of products including cases of water. I'm always checking my Fitbit to see if the effort puts me in "fat burning" mode. Hehehe I have been a regular customer since the days when it was called Price Club. The customer service is mostly great, and I get to return defective items without any resistance. I have even used my Costco membership to get a discount when purchasing a car. Finding my exact size in the men's clothing selection is always an adventure, like looking for treasure without a map or an easter egg hunt. When I do find my size, I want to let out a victory scream and dance like I won the lottery but then I quickly realize it's only a pair of $16 shorts and a scream is not entirely warranted. I usually am able to find parking in my favorite "go to" section and eating my $1.50 hot dog as I drive home is "priceless."

It's a Costco. You know what a Costco is. This one is less crowded than some (Azusa) but it's rare to see short checkout lines. The pharmacy has very good prices on prescription medicines, sometimes beating the pharmacy chains by a factor of 20! I am not exaggerating. That's the main reason we are members.

This is my favorite Costco by far. The layout's great and product selection fits our needs. Every once in a while we have to go to a different location for something specific (usually dog food or flea medicine), but nine times out of ten, it's here. I hesitate giving a five star rating because I don't want to encourage extra traffic... but they deserve all the stars. And thank you to all the receipt checkers who draw smiley faces!

Walked in for tire rotation at 1015 this morning and was turned away by an obnoxious female clerk. I asked about appointments and was met with an eye roll and shoulder shrug. You need to do better Costco! We usually have good service at the San Dimas Costco, but today it was horrible.

Don’t get your tires changed here. Made an appointment and was told it would only take an hour, ended up waiting 2.5 hours. After they told me it was done they made me wait another 20 min for them to get the car “ready”. When the technician came out he was telling me how difficult it was to change my tires because they were thin. After I got home I noticed that my back driver side rim was terribly scuffed along with the other 3 rims. I couldn’t tell when I was at the shop because there was grease all over from their “job”. I drove back immediately but the store was closed because they took so long to install the tires. I called the next day and spoke to the manager and reassured me that it would be taken care of. I brought my car back and other workers came around to look and made skeptical comments about the damage. I have never scratched or hit any curbs with my rims, my vehicle has Birds Eye view so I always park perfectly or obnoxiously far from any curb. The manager opened a claim and said someone would reach out after 2-3 days. I called back a week later and the manager promised me the insurance claim company would call. When we opened a claim they lied that the damage was there already and said it was impossible that their machines could have caused that damage. They also lied that it was notated on the invoice at the time of installation but it was not. Really ruined the experience as I have always been a fan of Costco… do not bring your car here especially if it’s a nicer one.

Desiree found the problem with my tire after I had the car serviced at the dealership AND an independent mechanic. This is my first time at Costco Tire and I am now a customer for life.

I would like to write this review and give 10 stars to Justin, Eric , and Celina their customer service is outstanding. I want to say thanks to all of you for helping me get my battery. I do also want to say is that Costco is the best and the most inexpensive place to get your battery from. And I'm all about customer service and again I can not say enough about their customer service. Justin and Eric and Celina went above and beyond to help me pick the right battery for my needs. Again thank you all so much....... I would most definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
