Their new AI phone system makes it impossible to speak to a live human. They send a text asking the patient to call them about a specific medication, then the phone system makes that patient sit through five minutes of prompts, and probably 1/2 dozen reminders to download the app this patient already has, then the only option is leave a VM. I wouldn't call them at all if they didn't ask me to, but when they do ask it's now impossible to speak to anyone. Time for a new pharmacy.

CVS CORPORATE DO BETTER this place is so understaffed and they are overworked I feel bad for them. You just closed a fee pharmacies near here, yoy.clesrly have people who need jobs. You have also caused all those customers to transfer to this location with no additional help. you treat these people like crap so you can make more money. came by today at 10AM, they were still locked up at 1015. came back at 210. again locked up with a sign saying they will return shortly. This is NOT on the workers it bad management. get it together of just go out business and let someone who cares run the pharmacies

Horrible people working inside, rude & mean . Especially that Angelina acts very bossy, mean, rude. Other pharmacy assistant is not friendly either. Pharmacist cannot manage those rude employees.

Steven the owner of the house does not appreciate having his address targeted as a pharmacy. Avoid at all costs.

Ummmm I came here and it was just somebodys house. it was a nice looking house but that's itno medicine, no nothing!! didn't even answer the door !!!!!

The merchandise is more expensive than Target or Walmart. I had a good experience at the pharmacy. The staff was helpful and friendly. It wasn’t very overwhelming crowded on the weekends. So, I liked shopping there.

40 % of time out of Rx's needed to reorder. Under staffed, refused to deliver Rx's when other pharmacies will, not the cheapest around but one of the busiest. Price's marked up compared to other's but I continue to go because it's close to my home. If I truly wanted to save $ I would go elsewhere.

Much of the staff stayed after CVS bought out the pharmacy and they are phenomenal. They often remember us and are friendly.
