Good men's haircut! The new app is now working! Today was August 27th 2025 I signed in when I was leaving Kaiser and it said 30 minutes I had a package of drop off at the UPS store and when I came out it said 28 minutes when I drove over and parked it said 12 minutes and then when I got in the store and said 6 minutes so the app is working fine now!

I had a fantastic first experience at Great Clips with Evelyn! From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Evelyn took the time to listen to what I wanted, and I appreciated that she also offered her professional feedback and advice. I came prepared with pictures of my desired look, and she executed it perfectly while ensuring it suited me. I’m beyond happy with my results and even more excited to have found my new go-to haircut spot. Highly recommend Evelyn and the team! Many thanks!!! 💯

I had been a happy customer for years, but I guess this location can't keep competent employees. Instead of giving me my usual simple scissor trim as described in my notes, the hairstylist went rogue and shaved almost all the hair off the back of my head.
I'd give the stylist's name, but there was no identification displayed at the station so I'm not even sure she had a license.
The second star is for the fact that most haircuts here have been good. But this experience has definitely put me off letting any stranger near my hair without references.

My sister and I did the online check in for this Great Clips location. We showed up when our app said there was about an 8 minute wait. Soon after arriving, I was called up by one of the stylists. She already seemed to be not in a good place. She took me to her chair and asked me what I wanted done today. When I said I just needed a shampoo, she rolled her eyes and said "ok, let me get that set up." She walked away from me and continued with the annoyed looks. She was angry at someone but I did not know if that was me and if so, why? What did I do? When she walked off, I looked over at my sister who was waiting at the seating area. She saw the stylist's attitude and so she walked over to me and said, "what's wrong with her?" I told her I didn't know but that she seemed upset when I told her I wanted a shampoo. So the woman walked back to me and I asked her if there was some sort of problem. She said that they didn't tell her that I was there for a shampoo and then she said something like " there will be more shampoos today." I said, "yes my sister also wants a shampoo." And the stylist rudely replied something like, "right. Like I said... There will be more shampoos today." I had no idea what that meant nor why that has her pissed off or upset. My sister saw all the attitude coming from this stylist and she told me that we should leave. I got up and told the woman that we were just going to leave. I told her that I didn't understand what was happening but that we checked in properly, and we would have tipped her well, so what was the issue? At first she was like, "ok fine, bye" but then she said something like, I get it. But it's been a big day. But I get it." Still no idea what that meant. I asked for her manager. She informed me that she is the manager. I asked for her name. And could she write it for me. Her name is Rebecca I still have no idea what went wrong. She made me feel so unwelcome and bad. As long as she is managing that store, we won't go back.

While I was saddened that my usual haircutter was no longer working, the new girl did an excellent job. I've yet to have a bad cut from this location, and I've been coming here since it first opened. Keep up the good work!!

i asked the woman cutting my hair how she liked growing up in Alhambra and this is what Jeana said: "I'm not a racist or anything but all the Asians now you know." None of the other staff seemed concerned about that comment. What an absurd and vile thing to say. If this is how the staff act here I am never coming back.
