“Rooms have been updated but there is still evidence of older fixtures and furniture. The shower was ok but the bathroom had a mold/mildew odor. The bed was comfortable. The fire alarm went off 4 times overnight causing a major sleep disruption. (false alarm). The staff were very friendly and accommodating.”

“This was a great room at a pretty great price.Very spacious, even for just one person. I love that the sink and counter and mirror are not in the same room as the toilet.And shower. The bathroom is very spacious. Everything was well stocked. The coffee was Starbucks Coffee pods, which is good. But with those hotel motel Creamer, sugar packets, it wasn't that great. I had to use a lot of creamer because it was really strong. The breakfast was complimentary and you get to choose from 4 little menu items and it wasn't bad. It's not as big as some other continental breakfast buffet places, but then this isn't really a buffet. You just sell the chef, which breakfast number you want, and then they prepare it for you and stamp your card. And then they have a few little wrapped pastries and toast and bagels and fruit and a juice machine.And coffee machine. I think best western plus hotels have a little bit more of an upgraded breakfast plan.So not a fan of the coffee in the room.. lots of outlets all over the room. That was nice . There was a couch a coffee table and a chair on the other side of the bed with a little wall mantle thing to hold other stuff that you may have pretty awesome and spacious.. if I ever come back to San Dimas, i'm staying here again..”

“Sabrina Lidia Joann and Patty went above and beyond the call of duty to help, accommodate and treated us with the utmost kindness during my entire stay! Red Roof was my home away from home for a while and your employees and staff made sure my family felt comfortable the whole time!”

“It is no longer with the Extended Stay America Franchise. Still the same hotel, but if you don't have the $100 deposit, you are unable to stay there. I also believe it took me 3 days to get my deposit back.
I other than that the rooms are the same.”
