The phlebotomist, Christina H. is truly an angel (she was literally an answer to my prayer as we were driving to LabCorp). The patient is my 77 year old special needs brother, who also has Parkinson’s Disease, which causes a tremor (so a moving target for anyone attempting to draw blood), AND, his veins are typically difficult to hit. Additionally, he has had some traumatic lab draw attempts, which causes him to be more anxious about having to have any blood work done. At one doctor’s office a few years ago, the nurse tried unsuccessfully three times, and then it took the doctor two more attempts before he got the blood sample. Recently, at a different doctor’s office, the nurse tried twice unsuccessfully, my brother fainted, threw up when he came to, and threw up again as soon as we got home. So it is against this backdrop that Christina H. came into my brother’s world. I filled her in privately about some of my brother’s history, and his special needs before she called his name. She was very kind, and treated him with dignity and respect. He asked her if she is a Dodger’s fan, and she said, “Yes!,” so he felt like he was in friendly territory, which helped him to relax a little in her presence. Most importantly, Christina’s technique was absolute perfection, which was captured by the confused look on my brother’s face when we told him she got his vein on the first try. He was perplexed because he said he didn’t feel the sting, and she wasn’t needing to move the needle around under his skin to try to get the blood to flow. When Christina was done, she pointed out to my brother that she was wrapping his bandage in “Dodger’s Blue,” which delighted my brother. The relief in all of this as an advocate for my brother brought me to tears. My brother has had to endure so much. Having Christina H. treat my brother with such compassionate professionalism AND to have her be a “sharp shooter” who made this blood draw his easiest ever is absolutely priceless! Thank you from the bottoms of both of our hearts. Needless to say, the next time my brother needs blood work done, we will return to LabCorp in San Dimas, and we will request Christina H. Because of this experience, I think that my brother will not only NOT be anxious going into his next blood draw, he will probably be looking forward to getting to return to see Christina H again!

I needed to have some blood work done for an upcoming MRI that my doctor scheduled. The blood work was last minute and I was anxious about not having an appointment with this particular office. To my surprise, as a walk-in, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The staff was compassionate, understanding, and extremely efficient!

Highly recommend this location and the one in Pomona. In both places the employees were very nice, sweet and kind and definitely do their best on getting you out quickly. Very happy. I didn't even last 15 minutes in this location.

Everyone at this office in my experience is super nice and friendly, especially Pearl. I have a gripe that exists with headquarters though. I have tried calling the patient service center by pressing 7 so many times and nobody answers, instead I get the opportunity to leave a message. I've only left 2 messages but I've tried no less than 10 times to speak with some and nobody has returned my call and it's been over a week. The results my Dr sees says I have something to which there is a category of 3 but does not specify. The results I'm able to see online doesn't even mention what I have so I believe my inquiry is valid.

I have been to this place with and without an appointment. Both times, they were so nice and efficient. Staff are very friendly and fast. I didn't mind driving extra miles. Other offices didn't have any appointments available. This office in San Dimas was the only one who had availability. I will definitely come back.

They cannot find a vein to save their lives. I do NOT understand why the Glendora location shut down. I've been going there for 12 years and the staff there knows me so well that they get it on the first try every time. This place is ridiculous.Extremely long waits. No appts for a month

Super bad service and the bad attitude from the three nurses. The nurse didn’t sterilize my arm and drop the tube on the floor. They just keep chatting and talking on the phone.

We went on friday for the blood test. Staff was very helpful, courteous and quick. They have few self check in machines. We in and out in 30 minutes or less. I like the place, the staff members and overall system was pretty quick and easy!! Thumbs up.Last but not least the place was clean and not crowded at all.

Been here twice. Never get a good blood draw experience. It hurts when blood draw. And always have my blood leaked out, even split some drops on the floor 1 meter in front of me this time.I don’t dare to watch a blood draw so no idea how they able to to that. So terrible.

It takes way too long to get an appointment. I have an upcoming MRI that I needed bloodwork for and will have to now reschedule thanks to the long wait time. I am so sick and tired of this place using COVID as an excuse. Also, the San Dimas location is no longer open on Saturdays which is so unhelpful. Unfortunately, this is the only lab my insurance covers. They used to be good until they started using covid as an excuse for their bad customer service.

I was in need of getting blood work for my 2 year old autistic son. I have been putting this off for some time and while difficult it was the best experience possible. The women were kind and patient and got us out of there fast. The office was clean and hardly anyone waiting. Thank you for helping me today.

It is difficult to give Labcorp a rating since the expericece with the front desk and phlebotomist were different. First, I arrived at the site, I checked in with my phone and waited 2 minutes in my car. I was sent a text, and was told it was my turn. I was out of Labcorp 15 minutes earlier then my appoitment time. Rating= 5 STARS I have had my blood drawn from this lab without any problems in the past. Today, when it came to getting my blood drawn, the phlebotoimist went directly to my left arm and started to take the blood without assessing the right arm. After she discovered that the blood was not flowing well, she decided to finish drawing blood from my right arm. Had she checked my right arm in the beginning, my experience would have been way better. Rating =1 STAROverall rating 5+1=6/2= 3

I went to this Labcorp and was very happy with the service. Jose helped drew my blood and it was as if nothing happened. If you can’t see needles and can’t stand pain request Jose, he is very good and professional.
