They have a few Funko Pops, nothing good. Some puzzles, toys, out dated figures priced way to high. They have more space for storage and shipping than sales. Really horrible, don't waste your time.

Have tried to purchase a puzzle from them three times, but each time I have visited they have been closed, even though their hours listed on Google state they were open. There are also no business hours listed anywhere on their windows at the store as well and if you call, the phone just rings. There is not a message stating hours or anything.

Used to be bigger and better. Getting smaller and less cool by the day.

Hasnt been open the past few times I went. Has a sign up that says will be back in 5 minutes. Never returned a call about their store hours. Horrible selection and outrageous prices. Better off going to the one out in santa monica.

It's nice to have a toy and puzzle shop in town. I took my 4 year old daughter here and she found Calico Critters. They also carry Brio toys which I had from a child so my son picked up a helicopter. It's a great resource for the community and I hope people continue to support the local toy shop.

The store itself is fine but customer service is horrible. I think perhaps the guy running the place just doesn't like brown people. He barely greeted me when I came in and didn't even bother asking me if I needed help with anything. Then when a young girl and older woman walked in (not brown skinned), he was all over them and more than attentive and willing to help. I won't be coming here again but I'm sure he's is happy about that.

With toys r us closing a few years ago, I was devastated that my kids won't fully experience the fun I had browsing all they toys in one location. Online shopping does not create the same happiness to a kid as physically seeing a toy and deciding which one to buy. PuzzleZoo in San Dimas has been great and my kids love browsing all the toys they can potentially get if they earn it. The staff are wonderful and helpful. There's also a section for collectible and vintage toys which itself brings back childhood memories of Wrestling figures in the 80s-90s

Great spot very happy to see this store open. If you have been to the store in Santa Monica on the promenade, this is the same company. Awesome assortment of vintage toys 70,80, and 90's new and used condition. They also have toys for babies, new of course to include wooden toys. Staff was very helpful and answered all my question. With toys r us gone, glad to see these stores are still out there.
