Did my glucose test in here. The person that helped me was nice. Came here the second time to get blood draw and the lady was nice but very heavy handed. This is the most painful blood draw I've ever experienced. I'm still bruised and it's been a week.

It's unfortunate that a company like quest would hire an employee like the one that is working at this location this morning. I have been to other locations for years, I know their systems, and they work diligently to get their patients in and out in a timely manner, with or without an appointment. At this location there is only one phlebotomist this morning and as she called the next patient I asked how long it would be for a walk-in and people were leaving after waiting for 2 hours, unseen. And no wonder. After each patient would leave, it took between 20-30 minutes before she would call the next patient to come back there were only 3 people in the waiting room. After an hour plus of waiting, I gave her what she wanted, one less patient to deal with. I left and went to the vons location in upland where I was seen within 10 minutes.Don't bother. The extra drive is worth it.

As always, the problem with Quest is not the staff. The problem is that their corporate office makes sure that their locations are perpetually understaffed. Here's what to expect: Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. If you don't have an appointment, be prepared to wait 45 - 60 minutes. There's no one at the window behind the kiosk. The only staff are the phlebotomists who are trying to go as fast as they can. Be kind to the staff because it's not their fault that you're waiting so long. Try calling or emailing the greedy people at corporate instead. If you absolutely have to talk to someone inside, when another patient leaves, catch the door and tell them you have a specimen to drop off or something to pick-up. If your insurance covers Labcorp, go to them instead.

This lab is the slowest one and not exactly sure if they are doing it on purpose but way too slow, it takes 25 mins to draw on 2 patients.

This place is the worst! The staff is so rude and just nice or welcoming at all! They speak to you with major attitude and as if you’re stupid for asking a question. I worked in a medical office and I’d be ashamed if we treated our patients like this. Make sure you set aside a few hours to sit in the waiting area. There’s nobody at the front desk to speak to and when they do come out they’re annoyed. Worst experience!

This is the worst quest I've ever been to. No one to answer the phones. The nurses all standing around in the back talking and laughing while everyone is waiting. I was a few minutes late and they changed my appointment to a standby appointment.Ridiculous. Don't waste your time.

Never coming here again! This was my first time coming to this location and using Quest Diagnostic to do blood work my doctor ordered only because Labcorp didn’t do the service I needed anymore. Guy was very rude. Never gave me my ID insurance card back. He kept it and when I asked for it back he said oh no I handed that back to you. I check/emptied out all my pockets and emptied my bag out and my insurance card was no where to be found. He didn’t even bother looking for it with the stuff he had with him or in his pockets. I got so annoyed he kept denying and lying he didn’t have my insurance card. I came back to my doctor to hear about my lab results and I couldn’t find anything out because apparently the guy who took my specimen didn’t bother attaching/writing my name on the paperwork that now I have to do the same services again and wait even longer for my results to come back. Also the phone number provided is just robot voice automated. The workers they don’t even handle or pick up the phone calls when I wanted to call about them finding my insurance card that I never got back. Now I have to take time off work just to go to their location and ask in person if they ever found out. So much for having a phone number.

Phlebotomists are nice! If you make an appointment, you get seen right away, not even a 5 min wait!Oh, and just a note for patients, drink lots of water before getting your blood drawn, otherwise the veins are dehydrated and makes the draw more difficult. Thanks to Leslie for letting me know!

Its located on the second floor of the building #205. I had a wonderful experience meeting Melissa our phlebotomist. My one year old had an appointment and checked in about a minute late which I though might make our visit longer but we ended up waiting no more than 3 minutes until Melissa came to get us. She was funny, charming and just so kid friendly. She kept having conversations with my son and ensured that he had a wonderful experience. I have been to many quest locations and have never received this type of care for my kids. We also met Richard who came to help restrain my son just in case he moved and Richard was just as kind and sweet with my baby. Will only be visiting if one of these two wonderful human beings are here.

This place is always running behind schedule and they have no one to assist if you have an issue. I do not recommend

This location has a flebotomist called Damian who is the most arrogant person with patients. He treated irrespectfully and ordered to take sit to an oldfrail lady for her only sin to come late and not been able to register again immediately as the system requires because she is now consider a new walk in. He even told me that I was not the affected. These location personnel needurgent training in human rights of patients.
