This review is about " STACY " My husband I came in on Aug. 3/2023 at 11:30 AM. Stacy greeted us with a very warm welcome. We asked where the cutting scissors are and capes. She told us. We found everything we needed. She explained about the different scissors in detail, which really helped us a lot!. We picked a lovely pair out. Yikes the price. You get what you pay for! These will only be used on hair. Stacy asked if we found everything we were looking for ? Yes, with her assistance we did. Stacy is one OutStanding Employee! I cannot thank her enough! She stopped un loading boxes, stocking shelf's to help us. She goes above and beyond for Sally's Customers. What a remarkable employee! The store is clean, very well stocked, impeccable customer service! We will be back to purchase a shower cap. To do a deep hydration on my curls, and the shower cap will protect my clothes. Thank you Stacy for assisting us with a smile. I know you were busy, but you never made us feel like we were keeping you, and nor did we feel rushed! Thank you again for all your help! Jeanette

The employees at night are extremely unprofessional, shopping while working, on their cellphones ignoring customers asking for help. The guy there at night forgot to scan one of the items I brought up, which is better than charging me and forgetting to bag it, bit still. Hopefully the daytime employees are better, but I'll probably go somewhere else. I don't care if employees are doing their own thing when it's slow, but the store was pretty busy when I went.

Quick story , my hair had been copper for two years however I was in the darker tones . I got my hair done with a hair dresser and I ended up looking like a clown with bright orange hair going on a mid life crisis . So Stacey came to the rescue and literally saved my hair and helped me get what I wanted the entire time . I also walked in after to get a hair deposit and she was amazing ! The hair deposit was what I needed . If you need assistance at Sally's Stacey is highly recommended.

I've been into this store a couple times now and have always had a positive shopping experience. The store is clean, well stocked, and organized. Gracie went above and beyond with the check out process today and was so kind and helpful! There was another girl there with blonde hair who also helped me out with hair color and I didn't get her name but she was very knowledgeable and kind too. Definitely going to be coming back again, thank you again ladies!

I've been shopping at this sallys as a cosmo professional since I moved to San Dimas maybe two years ago. I never really had issues and the workers are usually nice and their customer service is greatBut the other day I had to make a large return of items that ended up just not working for me after I did my research.All but 2 items were unopened, and i was told previously they would accept returns of opened/used items. I provided the receipts for all the items. I know when I shop there my purchases are in the system because I use my professional discount.I'm assuming whoever was helping me was the store manager because she was incredibly rude and condescending about having to accept my return. I've worked retail for 10 years and I understand her disappointment but her behavior was completely inappropriate despite how covert she was trying to be. The entire process she made passive agressive comments. Another worker thats always there and helps me a lot stepped in because this woman and I were both losing our patience. Thats when this woman switched the convo with her coworker to Spanish right in front of me to have a "private" convo. This woman tried to give me part of my return on a gift card but I demanded cash as I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

I love all the employees at the San Dimas Sally’s. The new manager is soo sweet and helpful. She help me with all my questions and concerns. I will definitely will be shopping here again.

I came after work, walked in at 6:20. I came in for what I needed and also wanted to shop. At 6:30 the attendant loudly told the other attendant how people wait until the last minute to come in. Then she passes to tell me how they are closing soon. Again it's 630 and they close at 7pm. She acted like she was fixing something on the shelf close to me. Ugh I just went up to the register to pay. I told her how it was obvious she wanted to leave which and she said because they are closing soon. I get it lady you're closing. I was in the mood to spend money but not with that attitude.

Showed up at early at 9:45 am to San Dimas store on arrow Hwy. at 10:00 a lady walked out of the store and posted a be back in 10 minute sign. Now it's 10:12 am and several customers are waiting some have left. After employee showed up, I asked it they had a product not on shelve. She answered it was in boxes in the back. It sounded like she said she would look. However, after 5 a few minutes I noticed she didn't. So I asked again. She said for me to go look in the back where their were boxes not places in shelve. Poor customer service. She should grabbed for me.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door which was very lovely. I was a little lost at first but one of the employees seemed to notice and offered to help. She even offered me a suggestion when I told her what I was looking for in a shampoo. She was absolutely right because my hair feels so healthy and no residue from her suggestion. I definitely feel confident to go back for the friendly service and outstanding hair products.

Online it says they still open at 9:30 on Mondays and Tuesdays, but it's posted 10am on the store window. Came a little past 10. Watched the store worker get stuff out of their car and walk into the store, locking the door on their way in. So unsure of when they open if it's past 10am and they still decide to lock the door.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I was on my way home and stopped to pick up some hair dye. When I went to check out the employee stated my card did not go through, when on the reader it said "Approved. Thank you" meaning the transaction was complete. I told her it said approved and she argued that it was not complete and had me try my card again. I was charged twice. I showed her the receipt and she said there was nothing she could do without a bank statement. I pulled up my online bank account to show her and she STILL refused to give me a refund because "her manager was on lunch but I could come back tomorrow". I went through my bank instead. Shady business they are running and I will not come back.
