I want to give a big shout out to Mahonri. He works as a cashier. What makes him special? He is deaf! But he did not take it as a disability! I didn't even notice until he pointed to the whiteboard which he uses to communicate. Amazing guy! He's kindness resonates! Kudos to Chris who trained him! Chris told me, today was Mahonri's first day on his own. The genuine positive energy from both Mahonri & Chris is innate! Good job Target San Dimas for hiring good people like Mahonri & Chris!

I ordered a Roku stick on-line and the website said that the product was in stock at the San Dimas location. It said that it would be available by 2:00p.m. I paid with my gift card and additional money I paid with my debit card.My husband went to the store to pick up the item he was told that it wasn't available yet but to return to pick up in 2 hours.When he returned a different employee said to check our email and there was one sent indicating that they were out of stock.So my husband asked for his money back and they said they could only give him another gift card by way of an email and the remaining money would be credited to my debit card.So my husband drove over to Best buy and picked one in stock up for a few dollars less.I read the email after he returned home and it said that he could have requested it to be delivered in 3 days, with free shipping. The employee didn't even provide that information. We could have waited for the delivery instead of making multi trips and spending more money on gas, and the frustration and inconvenience.As of today, 3 days later, I checked my email and I have yet to receive my return gift card or to have my bank card credited for my out of pocket portion. I tried to telephone the store to speak with a store manager or the Customer Service Department and after making over 10 phone calls, I was unable to reach ANY department let alone a store manager, plus I was disconnected multiple times. This Target needs more people to man the phones or a better answering system. Unfortunately, Target has gotten like all the other big box stores. Pay more, get less!! You get less respect, service, dependability, product knowledge, more weight time less follow-up with return phone calls, more laziness and less drive and pride in helping the public and doing a good job as an employee. I wouldn't recommend this Target store.

What isn't there to say about this target. I'm very disappointed in how every target around me including this one have gone downhill very much. I've shopped at target for decades and am deeply disappointed in how incredibly long it took for my drive up order to be ready. Not only that but when I called the customer service desk 6 TIMES and was hung up on 6 TIMES. I was not helped like I needed to be and when I tried cancelling my order through the target app it would not allow me to because there was an "error" that occurred. Took over 3hours for my order to be ready and stuff was missing. Disappointed. The only reason why I didn't give less than three stars was because the person apologized for how long our order took

Wish they did online orders. Don't let the open option on the app fool you, I ordered at 4:50pm and it's now 8pm never started my order and when I called, they sent me to the Order Pickup department and hung up on me. Let's not forget the most important part, unlike most major grocery and retail businesses, Target charges you BEFORE your order is done. So even though I canceled my items, I won't have my money back until it processes in 2-3 business, which won't be til Tuesday or Wednesday. And I STILL need my items so I have to go out and get them myself, which isn't a problem (this is how we did it in the olden days). So now I'm out even more money and it's whatever but if you don't have it in stock or don't have the staff to fulfill the order, just say that. Let's not waste time :)Edit: It costs LESS to go in person, I ended going to a different Target. Do NOT order online.

I came in at 9:30 PM after a really long and stressful day to pick up some things I needed before my daughter's birthday tomorrow. In the rush and fluster of things, I walked away without grabbing my change. I inserted $100 bill to pay for about $37 worth of items, thinking that it would be good to have change on hand. Well, I inserted a $100 bill and walked away without grabbing my change. When I finally realized it about 30 minutes later, I rushed back to target in the hopes that somehow I'd miraculously find it. I walked and the store was a minute away from closing. I spoke to one of the team members and she immediately radioed her manager Marissa who let me know that she had the cash. It turns out that one of the other team members, Miles, found the money and turned it into his manager Marisa. Thanks to Marisa and Miles, I was able to pick up my $62 and change. I'm so grateful for their honesty and help, I'm already an avid target shopper, but this just confirms for me that MY Target is the best Target.

I am here mainly to give Jennifer N..from the new Ulta inside target a good review. I shop at this target quite often. I have a target in Azusa walking distance from me , but I still drive to the San dimas target to shop because I like it better. A month ago they remodeled and added an Ulta and makes my shopping trip even more fulfilling. Jennifer N was very polite and very outgoing, my sister stopped to get one item before we headed to checkout and Jennifer N greeted us and asked us if we had linked our Target and Ulta accounts yet, she gave us the QR code to easily do it. Plus she gave us a bunch of cute and useful samples!!! We were very happy with her customer service and employees like her are the reason I drive all the way to this target ! THANKS JENNIFER N.

Of the two targets that are near me. I do prefer this one. Seems to have plenty stocked on shelves roaming workers willing to help. Currently, the Starbucks inside is being renovated so grab your coffee ahead of time.

This review is by my mom Nora, who does not have her own Yelp account:I was here at Target on 12/30/22 at 8:30 AM this morning looking for fresh pie crust and couldn't find it. A Target employee told me it was located towards the back of the store. I made my way there and passed by another Target employee, a young man named JAKE, who was stocking food in the freezer section when I asked if he could help me find a box of fresh pie crust. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn't see it in the freezer section, then it wasn't there. I kindly told him that I didn't want frozen pie crust; I needed fresh pie crust. He didn't even hear me out before he decided to cut me off and SHOUT at my face about how it wasn't there, that if "you don't see it, then we don't have it; it's not there!" He REFUSED to leave his station to help me at least try and locate fresh pie crust. I have NEVER in my 30+ years of shopping at Target been yelled at and belittled by an employee. It was absolutely mortifying, not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL. I did eventually find my fresh pie crust with no thanks to JAKE. I even showed him what I had found so that he knows for next time. He didn't care; he just dismissed me like he couldn't be bothered. Why wear the red T-shirt then? Why represent Target if you refuse to help customers? I left the store feeling shocked and deflated by how employee Jake treated me. No one should be treated with contempt. I understand it's the holiday season, and that he might not want to be working at this time, but regardless, no one deserves to be yelled at or fought with as a customer. And as a customer, the sheer LACK of customer service skills displayed by Jake as well as his willingness to argue with me, was just beyond comprehension. People with a temper like Jake, should not be on the floor where daily customer interaction is inevitable. He needs to eat humble pie, understand what customer service is, and learn to be kind and gracious to others. His behavior was completely unacceptable. If he did that to me, I am sure he displays this kind of despicable attitude to prospective customers and/or his colleagues.

When I used to work in San Dimas, this was my go-to Target for stuff. Now that I work elsewhere, I don't go here much anymore unless I need something quick and I happen to be in the area.If I recall, this Target was clean and organized. It was always pleasant to shop here. I never had an issue with anything. No problems with returns. They do have self-checkouts now so I use them as much as possible.I have purchased items through Target online for pickup in the past. Pickup process is fairly easy. They get you out in a jiffy. Depending on where I will be, I may pickup from here or another Target. Happy Target'ing!

The lines are horrible only two cashiers and they are very slow!! There are a few workers just walking around instead of helping out at the registers. People that shop here don't keep their distance its very annoying while you are shopping in the aisles and checking out and they are right next to you keep your distance people!!-_-

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any Target. Went through the self checkout to pay and the security guard at the front was clearly watching me making me feel as if I'm some thief. Classic profiling. Won't ever give them business again.

Only rating 4 stars because of how quick shopping trips are here. Minus 1 star because prices are still steady, pricey at most times. The Target Circle app hardly gives discounts and rewards.

I just wanted to personally take the time to thank Eddie (manager). He went above and beyond, and then some...I was told by target electronic staff that they were sold out of Xbox series x. I work in retail myself and know how things go behind the scenes. Not saying that was the case, however Eddie personally went to the back to double check if any were in fact still available. Low and behold he found one for me. I'm sure with the trading card frenzy and everything else he has to manage in the store this was the last thing he wanted to do towards the end of his day. He went above and beyond and did it with a smile. He's definitely earned his position and deserves a raise. He's the model of what an amazing manager should be. Thank you so much again Eddie. You're the man!!
