Decently sized dining room, heated patio, and delicious burgers and salads are what you find here. DeafBlind Access had this restaurant fundraiser for them and I was among the supporters. Getting here without a car from OC can be done but is expensive and time consuming. But that’s my sole reason for not planning on returning.

Jean was friendly location is always clean and generally a decent experience.Today decided to get a Patty melt with no onion. one half no onion, other half had enough onion for both sides. Dont know if the cook was just being funny or cant read. How do you get half correct but not the other have OF THE SAME SANDWHICH ??Also learned there is no way to contact store via phone. The ONLY way is drive back to the store. Seems crazy to me if customer service is so important to the company.The half that was edible was decent, the other half was surely stink up the trash can in a couple of days

Love The Habit. We have been going here since it opened & never had a bad meal. Last night hubby had a Teriyaki Char & French Fries & I had the Green Beans. All three were so over salted, especially the burger patty, it was terrible.

Yesterday I ordered spicy crispy, it was delicious. I never tried something like that before. And I would like mention that you have the best costumer service, specially one manager,her name is Raghad, she is so friendly, nice and she always smiling and kind to the costumer.

The customer service was one of the best I've experienced at a fast food place. I used a gift card and had some issues with the remaining balance but the manager stepped in and rectified everything. That alone was 5 stars in my book. The food was good. I got a bbq burger and their double cheeseburger. I preferred the taste of the bbq burger over their regular one. The price was ok. I imagined the burger would be a lot bigger but they're about the size of a McDonald's Big Mac. Overall I would come back if I'm in the neighborhood.

We were helped by Adrian, a kid in a big guys body. He was the sweetest and most professional person I've come by at a fast food restaurant in a long time. Definitely made our visit so pleasant. I would return for the service alone. The food was great also, everything was fresh and delicious!!

I was in the mood for a Habit burger. There's just something perfect about grilled onions on a cheeseburger. The strawberry lemonade here is always good. It's a nice options outside of restaurants. I love the dip my fries in malt vinegar before the ketchup. All this together is my Habit burger perfect experience. When you walk in you walk in you have the option to order through the kiosk or a cashier. Today there was a long line to order, but we still opted to order with the cashier because that is someone's job. The staff here is always great and helpful. I just wish they didn't run out of strawberry lemonade so early in the evening. That's the same for their ice cream shakes.

Sorry to do this but I have reached out to the Habit Customer Service department via the online form on 9/17 and 9/28 and still have not received a response. I called the phone number listed for the store and reached the processing department which was a road to nowhere. On 9/16 we ordered a double char burger with NOTHING on it...no sauces, butter or veggies. We took the order home and since it was for later (thus the reason for the burger being plain) we were letting it cool on the counter. When I opened the wrapper, there was this burger with melted LETTUCE which had made everything soggy and ugly. I pushed a bunch of the lettuce to the side to take the photo. All I want is a replacement burger. The store would not do it and referred me the customer service form....that has been ignored for over 3 weeks now. I have copies of the responses from the portal saying that my concern would be addressed right away. Guess not......
