Very DISAPPOINTED with my experience at this branch. Had an appointment setup with Olga at 2pm. Arrived at 155pm and was greeted by a bank teller that directed my husband and I to Olga's desk and informed us that she was at lunch but we can wait at her desk. After waiting 15 minutes we finally decided to leave due to the fact that no one in that branch felt the need to update us on Olga's whereabouts. So Instead of investing our money at a branch that can care less about new accounts we've decided to take our 5 figures elsewhere.

This is the best US Bank branch I have ever been to. The building is wonderful. Parking is never an issue. The tellers are very fast and friendly.

I went in this morning to make a wire transfer. The bank teller (Mariah) was great. She processed the transaction quickly and had me review the information to make sure everything was correct, but then the bank manager had to approve the transaction. I had more than twice as much money in my account than was required to cover the transaction but the manager got confused about the transaction amount and she informed me that she would need to cancel the transaction. She proceeded to argue with me for about ten minutes before she realized her mistake and agreed to allow the transaction to proceed. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, but I did not appreciate the rude and condescending tone she used during our conversation.

Worse branch! Tried to cash my check on a Friday Hence i work at Pomona valley and the Check is a US Bank, she didn't want to cash it. Terrible and Horrible Customer service! I'll never come back as these people are worried about giving your own money to you! If you need a branch go to Pomona! Great and wonderful people there!! San Dimas "Sucks" NEVER again! Don't waste your time!

This branch deserved NO star at all. I understand doing due diligence but not allowing withdrawal for wired money over 48 hours says the "new account manager" is for the birds!!!! No wonder no customer was in the bank when I walked in at noon !!! She spoke like I have no right to access my funds from my business account! How paranoid can you be to treat your customer that way? !!!! How can anyone run a business??? She needs re-training or be fired!!!'

My problem is not with this US Bank location, but rather, US bank as a whole. I've banked with US Bank my entire life, because my mom signed my brother and I up as children, and we just never switched. 1.The fraud detection is terrible. Not only has US bank never detected actual fraud, they get false postives on purchases I make every few years. 2. When fraud actually does happen, they take no steps to stop it in the future. One time, I had $500 stolen from me, and the bank took no responsibility. 3. Now, the bank charged me $100 for a mistake they made in August. My account was overdrawn, so I also got charged $36 for that. Keep the $136, I'm switching to Chase so I can actually have a financial future.

ATM looked broken into and not working. I stopped by here yesterday too but forgot that this one had a broken ATM and the branch doesn't look open. Do not come to this location.

If I have to give one starbI will, but actually they deserve ZERO!! Poor customer service! Their ATM ate my card, it's been a very difficult process with many phone calls, still to no avail!! 5 phone calls & still no card WTF

This is a great bank, clean bright and comfortably cool to it fits San Dimas and brings back found memories from when I was a kid. This bank is where the old PFF was and it was the bank I had a savings account in since I was 5. The manager (Marcia Cazares) is super friendly as are the Tellers, I had to ask why they had only 3 stars rating on yelp? Seems people are a bit unhinged over the temperature posted on the main sign out front, it's digital and like all out door Temperature gauges it can be off a 1° higher or lower. Seems like most small towns, there are people that have nothing to do but complain because it wasn't 100% accurate to their cars temperature reading has cars are so accurate(sarcasm) Some people need to get a life.

Wow! I'm sure it's a coincidence because Yelp reviews never affect change. Or Do they? But I passed by the US Bank as I do every work day and for the first time the time was - perfect (I mean atomic perfect) and the temperature was accurate. Thank you regardless of why it's correct now. Some people (oh not me) are O.C.D. and to see that flaw makes our - I mean their - skin crawl. My side hustle probably needs it's own account. maybe I'll drop by.

This branch and bank is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service. Their policies seem to change on a whim. I can't stand this bank. I hate having to go in there. All that was needed was large bills for small denominations. It was like 10 min transaction verifying the account. I asked, "if I didn't have an account here, you wouldn't let me continue with the transaction?" And their policy is NOW, NO. The lady was RUDE AND INDIFFERENT. I'm so glad I don't have an account here for my personal use. This branch is HORRID and seeping with terrible people and service.

Nice people but worst bank! They closed my account after YEARS of banking here with no problems due to one of my clients writing me a bad check. By the way the money never hit the account and I never got money from it and pay the $19 fee YET they flag me for fraud it's absolutely ridiculous. I believe your bank is supposed to protect you from these things not remove your account and exclude you from ever banking there when you are the actual victim of fraud. Sickening. They did not even have the decency to call me and discuss this with me they just keep my bank card when I was somewhere in public so embarrassing I will never ever recommend US Bank to another person.

Awful experience this morning. Overdraft credited on wrong day. Their fault. Charged me 72 dollars. Took back my 75 dollars. Still owe me another 200 dollars. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. Girl online was helpless. Manager promised me money on the 3rd. It's now the 17th. Nada. Don't bank then. Jeff
