Zero stars. Zero. They would not give me the prescription from my ER because they already did “inventory” of their controlled substances. This was at 5 pm. Just now well I was there an hour. But yes I got there at 5 and was told by Nadine? The technician that I could just go to another Walgreens and get my prescription from the system. Okay fine. It was a lie. The pharmacist had no idea why their inventory would affect my prescription. She said to ask for a pharmacist and they would fill it. She couldn’t transfer the prescription because it was not a refill but an original prescription. Okay so we returned. The pharmacist Lisa insisted that she didn’t know what the Covina Walgreens pharmacist was talking about and could absolutely not fill it today because their inventory had already been sent to the company. What? Then she said she could fill it if my ER dr. Approved. I said call him. She did and oh my gosh wow it Was approved being that he sent it duh. So great news she actually Can fill it after all ! BUT NOT UNTIL TOMORROW. There was also a lady there crying for her sick daughter’s meds and they refused to help her too.

Tried this after all of the nearby Rite Aids closed. First prescription needed a consultation. Called and waited on hold several times and was hung up on. Total time spent on on hold over an hour. Gave up.

Absolutely hands down the worst service ever. Drive through wait is always 30+ minutes. Prescriptions are lost or allegedly "never sent". The lack of adequate staffing makes this place a miserable experience. My advice is to find another pharmacy that can properly service your needs within a reasonable amount of time.

Walgreens San Dimas over the years has deteriorated to such an incompetent Pharmacy that not even I can get through them for 2 weeks try calling they let you on the line for 2 hours I'm very dissatisfied with them the staff came up with excuses that their short staff this is not a place you want to do business with

Waiting 30+ minutes for medications ordered days ago seems unreasonable to me. Time to find a new pharmacy. Proximity doesn't mean it's convenient.

I just picked up a package for the first time here from Fed Ex. The wonderful cashier helped me BUT WHY DID JESSE TELL HER TO PICK UP THE BOX?! I'm furious that he was standing there and TOLD HER TO PICK IT UP WHEN HE'S LAZY A$$ COULD OF POCKED IT UP! She was busy running back and forth cashiering and went out of her way to help me. MANAGEMENT! PLEASE TEACH JESSE HOW TO BE COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL! I told him How dare you treat a lady like that when she's was busy! He chuckled and laugh. Jesse, you obviously need the manners and the workout as we all do. Time to man up already! If you were my son, I'd be embarrassed! Thank God my Son and daughters were taught to be courteous bc it's an ugly world and we need all the positivity we can get Angie

The horrible photo clerk at this location at 11:00am Saturday September 9th did not ask if we needed any assistant or or help she pretended she did not see us and she had a horrible attitude. We came to print a passport picture like we’ve done in the past. This is where we always get out passport pictures printed and formatted to fit the passport. Last time we came a nice photo clerk helped us and this lady today was rude. She even said “I also can’t cut your picture” we didn’t even ask if she could cut it she just added that to be more negative and ugly. Please don’t come get your pictures printed or taken on Saturdays while she’s there. She was giving hater vibes.

This pharmacy hopes if they ignore you long enough that you'll go away. It worked. I don't shop where they make it too hard to spend money.

Store manager Richard and Jerome have such great customer service. I had an issue originally but they handled it so professionally, it should honestly be an example of how everyone amongst any profession handles a situation. I would 10/10 recommend this Walgreens, even though I’m not an avid Walgreens shopper. I might just become one just because of the great customer service. Thank you

I just want to thank the pharmacists and the staff that works there behind the counters you guys are amazing I understand sometimes we wait and we're on hold or we're in drive-thru and we're waiting but I also realize I'm not the only customer you guys help everybody as soon as you can and some of us appreciate that thank you very much.

I had been a customer for over 4 years, but have had nothing but problems the last 18 months with the pharmacist manager Lisa. There have been numerous times I couldn't get my medications in a timely manner because of her lack of empathy and her frequent interference. I am a retired RN with nearly 20 years experience in Level 1 trauma centers and, in my opinion, she ranks among those who are a poor representation on the profession.
