My perspective on Wells Fargo has significantly shifted after being a customer for over 20 years. Unfortunately, recent experiences with tellers and bankers have left me feeling discriminated against, a stark contrast to the values I believed the bank upheld. The way clients, including myself, are treated is disheartening. Based on similar reviews, I recommend exploring other banking options. I am dissatisfied with the management and communication levels, prompting me to seek a different financial institution.

I'm finally fed up enough to leave a review. They closed the Glendora branch on Route 66. Every time I come here long line and insufficent amount of tellers. Today 8 people in line one teller as always. I ask the manager who seems to be authorizing transactions if he has anyone to help. He tells me I'm free to go use the ATM outside. I told him if I needed the ATM I would to use it. What a pompous jackass with no customer service skills. I'll be looking at other banks to move my money too. Wells Fargo is losing it.

The manager named Ericka is so rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I will be moving all of my accounts to another bank. I have never felt so unheard before. She is argumentative and combative and completely unwilling to help or act like she cares.

This is the third time going to this branch and I regret it every time . I only go, because it's convenient, near my job . It will definitely be my last . Minutes to closing and the line to the door, only 1 teller and the bank is not even clean, sticky tables to sign checks . Management is very poor and it's just disappointing. Every single person waiting in line was complaining . I will not return to this branch again .

Had an appointment at 9:00 they did not have me on their calendar. The representative was rude and continually rolled her eyes when I asked questions. She said " I don't open checking accounts" I'll ask my Manager. I was VERY VERY specific I did NOT the account to be linked with my other account. She rolled her eyes again and said they have to have the same pin #. I told her once the monies was wired we would be withdrawing a large amount. She said it would be a problem! I got up and left and opened my account with chase! I WOULD NIT DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO

I just got 10 minutes late to my appointment and the Banker even though nobody was there waiting after me, said that I needed to re-schedule for next week. I was there only to add my son to my account... Apparently, they don't care, I talked to the manager and I had the same answer and attitude. We are customers, and you are not doing any favors to us, you are getting paid to give excellent customer support. Very bad experience. Wells Fargo San Dimas on Arrow Highway.

Noelle Christine Hanna. The small business banker is extraordinarily unprofessional, judgmental, and has a major attitude problem. I asked a simple question, and was met with a snarky snapback and a recommendation on my outfit. How insecure do you have to be to be to put others down with no prompt.If you’re a business owner looking to open an account, avoid this branch and this person specifically. The incidents of Wells Fargo creating fake accounts is exactly what this woman will do to pump up her numbers. And then lie through her teeth to avoid consequences.P.S. her loud, yellow, open toe shoes were the cherry on top.

Horrible experience, don't make an appointment with customers if you won't uphold it. One teller for 12+ customers. This is why in-person banking is a dying business. Good luck, I'll be switching banks after 15 years.

What kind of bank doesn’t have a teller. I came Friday, they said no teller. Came back Tuesday, same thing no teller. Kept saying the system is not working, then fix it. Never come back again

I had a really unpleasant experience from this location, the bankers here are extremely dismissive, impatient and a bit condescending. I came back today to get a spelling correction of my name (literally 1 extra letter in my name to be removed) all I got was a bunch of excuses (stated: "I have to check with the back office, "It's a federal legal thing", "You need an appointment" etc. etc.) and was just basically given the run around on why they couldn't help me, even though I had all the proper Federal Documents proving my identity ( as I was instructed to bring last time I came 2 weeks ago to bring back so it can get it fixed and I was never given any instructions on ever having to make an appointment to come back) . So after I had left this location I called the 1-800 number and spoke with a banker to find out what i could do, the Banker over the phone was extremely helpful and was actually willing to help me and took care of my issue. The whole thing literally took 10 minutes to get done. I don't recommend talking to bankers at this location, call the 1-800 number first and see if they can help, but if you really need to speak with a banker in person then go somewhere else just not here, save yourself from wasting your time and disappointment. the specific banker in this location I'm talking about is the one that stationed in the middle cubicle closer to the line to the Teller. I guess all the bad reviews on here are speaking the truth about this location.

I love the tellers that work here but honestly this is ridiculous. The line here is always this long no matter what time you come. 1 teller and manager is on lunch.

I’ve been here 4 times at various times in the day over the past 2 months and each time, there’s one bank teller for the at least 5+ people in line. Customer service is at minimum polite but not friendly at all. Don’t waste your time at this branch. Go somewhere else.
