Terrible, I spent an hour waiting to ask a question about my business card and it was full and the workers didn't even ask anything or they apologized for the wait and we had 10 people....terrible service I went to the cashiers and they couldn't help me what I had that waiting for a definitive representative will not return to this chase location

Drove 45 minutes for a urgent withdrawal on a Saturday only because it said this branch was open from 9am to 4pm and it was closed

Worst atms EVER!! Twice has it not deposited my money when done so and they're just so slow. Wish I can give it no stars but the public must know what they're getting themselves into.

Very unprofessional and unsympathetic what a pathetic service I literally felt like I was being belittled tellers just smirked at you being arrogant not willing to go the extra mile for the customer only having to call customer service and having to go through the same thing to find somebody else didn’t message Wishon and did an easy fix Wednesday found out that it was the banks fault I think the problem with this next generation is that they really really are entitled

Terrible customer service. Tellers are so rude and seem like they hate their job. Chase for Business accounts is not the way to go. Open elsewhere !! They blocked my account for a 40$ Zelle and when I Kept calling multiple times that they had " fixed " the problem it was the same. If chase does that to a business for 40$ imagine bigger amounts which is usually what businesses work with , bigger amounts. Woman at the window answered very rudely when I asked if she was open with a very aggressive attitude. Had to wait 30 min for my appointment that was suppose to be 30 min. Apart from the person I had an appointment with was at another branch even though the address was the one I was at. Imagine if I had gotten a ride, would of been stuck there because of a mistake not from my part. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Chase only cares about taking your money not their customers.

Came in To make a business deposit and was not able to see a cashier this is the ridiculous. They will not take my money. I believe it's time for another bank.

I was just in the San Fernando branch this morning and had the worst experience ever!!! I'd leave a 0 rating if I could. Worst experience with Maria Cervantes who was useless and above all rude!!! This bank gives post-it notes as appointment reminders and then fails to honor your appointment time. Maria had told me the week before that I had a 9 am appt today and it somehow magically disappeared. Maybe they need to reconsider implementing a real appointment notification system!!! Her first appt was at 9:30, a good agent would have honored my appointment since it was their mistake. Instead I get an attitude and a lame excuse from Maria indicating that she doesn't remember giving me that appointment. What a convenient way to back out of that one. Shotty service and no regard for providing good customer service. Then I had an interaction with the manager Elsa Garcia who was equally as useless. She should have made all efforts to honor my 9 am appt even it it meant helping me herself. That's what a good manager would do!! Right your wrong Chase!!! I'm completely disgusted with this branche's service!!!
