The best laundry experience I have had in the USA. A very clean place, impeccable decoration, good lighting and a pleasant acoustic environment. Very good price, given that drying is free.

I would leave a 4 star but the more I keep going to this laundromat I'm starting to dislike it and won't be going back anymore. Tonight was last straw for me. Got in at 10pm and was almost done folding and cleaning lady was mopping right around my pregnant sister's feet. My sister told her she's almost done folding if she can wait to mop around her area because she can slip, she didn't put any signs of mopping, she could've waited a few minutes. The lady responded to my sister by saying there's other tables closer to door to fold. Why would we move to another table when she saw us folding there since beginning. I was very upset that she thought it was OK to mop around a pregnant woman right by her feet. And right before this she moved my baskets and swept by my feet. I've gotten a parking ticket on the unloading spot, even though it says unloading I still got a parking ticket of $80 despite of the ticket I still kept going back because I loved the convenience of paying washers with my phone. And the free dryers. A 3rd issue was different cleaning lady dusting the top of washers while I was putting my soap in the washer and all dust going to my face, I asked her if she can wait til I'm done putting soap in and she said she didn't speak English and than I told her in Spanish and she didn't care she kept doing it. Not worth the disrespect to be driving out there when I can go local. They opened a new 24 hr laundromat on woodman and it's actually 24 hours open unlike this one is says 24 hours but it's not. Owner needs to speak to these disrespectful ladies with no manners. So disappointed my sister had to go through that tonight.

Always busy unless you find the perfect hour to get in right before the crowd. Always clean and tidy , there window has plenty of options in case you forget some of you're own products. Vending machines, Sneaker cleaner. Big washing Machone , Free dry

I would consider myself one of the original customers that started coming from day one of the grand opening. Nice place overall. Great customer service, the only problem is the washing machines are starting to stink like moldy water and rotten eggs I don't know how to describe it . I thought it was my clothes at first. I've tried different washers but they all stink like that. I hope management notices and takes immediate action to remove the smell. Other than that place is okay
