“I rarely need to package and ship items, and if I do I'll usually go to USPS because it seems "easiest" and they're close by. I tried to ship something with them but their selection of boxes were so bad, and their customer service the same. I tried to go to UPS and FedEx also nearby but same issue so I honestly gave up for the day. I went to the plaza Mailbox Central was located in to grab pet food and noticed their store. I popped in to ask a few questions and Bryan was very kind and helpful. I went to grab my items from the car and came back and Bryan helped wrap and package my items to keep them safe and stable in transit. Kindness and helpfulness are priceless. Thank you. Will gladly do business here again.”
“Maud and Vishal are not only hard workers, they are also AMAZING human beings! They will help you with literally anything you need from a PO Box, a live-scan, or general notary work and more! I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for over 15 years and it's comforting knowing you're handling all of your business needs at a reputable business with people you can trust. Also, I recommended a family member of mine come here a few years ago for something he needed. He was going through a tough time emotionally and they have some small wallet sized cards with inspirational quotes and scriptures on them. He took one and still has it in his wallet. “First things first this business is so convenient and well worth it. I stopped by just to price a mailbox and I left with a key. Compare to every other mailbox services this is the best place. Janel is such a wonderful person and she’s doing amazing at running her company. Whenever I go inside she’s always speaking to her customers and I tend to stay to converse as well it’s a strong sense of community. She’s professional and she connects with her customers. If I could have it my way I will be a customer of here’s forever. If you’re in the market for a mailbox go check her out you will not regret it.”

“Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. I feel confident in this business, and my company looks forward to the next time we need to ship something out. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)”

“I only use Studio City Mailboxes and no place else, I've come here for the past few years and hands down it's the best place whenever I need to ship a package. So many times I've needed my items packaged and they are so careful with my stuff.I've also used them for the occasional notary; no appointment needed - they're so quick and know what they're doingThe store manager, Michelle, is the best, she is a problem solver and has helped me resolve a delayed package last Christmas. USPS had my package and Michelle was able to assist and get it delivered but I would recommend using Fedex in the future.”

“This UPS Store was a pleasure to do business with, from my phone call seeking a specific box size and the friendly service Robert provided during that call to the in-store visit to pick up the box. I regret I don't remember the name of the young man with the fabulously curly hair who greeted me, secured the box from Robert and helped me decide on the appropriate packing tape -- his kindness and knowledge were most welcomed.Also, the design of this location made it bright and welcoming -- it exuded a mellow, calm vibe that made my rushed lunchtime visit stress-free. “To the person with the one star rating Justin H. About the Postage being marketed up. I work at another Mailbox Store. Mailbox stores do have to mark up the price for postage. It cost us the same if not more with 3nd party software to buy postage and pay to print it out. Small business mailbox stores have to make money. We cant do that by giving you the postage at cost. Even it cost us even more in fees and time. If you go to the Post Office it will be a longer line you have to wait in.”
“Just found this place....Has everything you need, besides shipping supplies. They accept drops offs (bar code only, no QR codes) for and Fed Ex, UPS, DHL. You can also compare shipping prices for UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and USPS. Conveniently located near by the Encino USPS. The owner Rakib and his associate Abir are super friendly, helpful and professional. They also sell gift bags if you need to wrap something prior to shipping. Please support this local business owner.”
