I'm not at all knowledgeable in regards to car to be honest. I took my car for an oil change. The price wasn't cheap but it wasn't as high as the dealer. Max was nice and tried to explain the recommended he had for my car and wasn't pushy about it. As a girl who has no clue about cars I appreciated the fact he took time to explain things to me.

I literally just picked up my rango.. prior to dropping it off I told Max how to turn it off correctly.. I made sure he understood what I was saying.. I informed him 3x! He said he would call me the following day.. he never did I had to wait until Monday to contact him he didn't reach out until Tues! On Monday his employee answered gave me some details I once again reiterated how to turn off my car correctly I told him 2x! Stated he understood and would go check. When I called max the following day to inform I would not be moving forward with fixing my car (wasn't worth the worth of it) he seemed offended gave me an attitude stated it was $85 for a diagnosis fee I said ok.. when I arrived for pick up my battery was dead and the price went from $85 to $105! And returned with the engine check light! Never will I return! Or recommend! Poor customer service and definitely wasn't even worth the $105!

Got my spark plugs and coils replaced on my older Audi and did so in just a few hours. Check engine light was off and has stayed off since! Straight and to the point!

After receiving my vehicle back after 2 month was disappointed do to damage that is left all over my vehicle the vehicle was ransacked as well few items were stolen both parties don’t want to take responsibility this will be my first and last time I will ever bring my car now I’m stuck fixing another 3 thousand dollars worth of repairs just spent 2 thousand on only 2 problems but ended up coming out with have to repair all 4 shocks as well as the body armor of the vehicle sorry but I don’t recommend be careful of when the second party is mentioned because I was able to see how the car tires as well for rims get damaged I was see the difference as well on that with my passenger side tires and the vehicle is not a daily driver so I know these damages were not made by anyone from my house.

Even though I sent my car for 2 reasons came back with needing more repairs then what it did before sadly they don't want to be responsible for the damages I'm stuck repairing them it's difficult for me to pay my remaining balance because I'm busy repairs the damages that was made to my car I am not a daily driver so I know it was not made by me the car was hardly move able sense it would shut off on me a lot just disappointed and would not recommend this place and the place he sends the cars to. Never coming back just because im a girl and looks like I don't know anything sadly I do know because my parents taught me a little bit of mechanic work we just struggle getting these two repairs fixed but this was the biggest mistake ever made.
