Had them for years but was quoted too much for a used car policy recently so I went and got waaay better rates from Allstate. I was then told that I had to go in person to cancel current policy which just made me waste my time and gas going to cancel as I had to find out in person that they aren’t at the previous location and are by appointment only at their new one ?

I went in for a quote over 8yrs ago and met Rocio. Best ever!!!! She has gone above and beyond to help me when ever I needed to make changes in my policy. Just moved out of state and had to cancel current insurance which she still helped and made the process easy. Thank you Rocio soooo much!
