Andre is a very personable and professional man. He walked us through the whole process. The cost was a little high since we didn't have that much being shipped but then I guess you get what you pay for.
We decided to leave Portugal and requested our belongings be sent back to the US. It wasn't a problem at all and everything, even the most delicate items, arrived in one piece.

“Our firm used Russell’s for shipping, receiving, storage, delivery and installation. It’s rhetorical best experince we’ve ever had with a storage company. Tara made the whole process so super easy for us and she’s extremely organized! This job took over a year and a half from start to completion and without Tara’s organization skills, quick responses to emails and open communication, it would’ve been a lot harder!
