Do not come to this dealership for any type service.I had a quite interesting encounter with them. Came in for just an oil change. I advised the tech, Oscar, that I would be using their online coupon which was 2 oil changes for $100 and valid on their website. The technician stated that because I have some type of existing account with Jeep Wave that I wouldn't qualify for the coupon. I expressed to him that I had already used the all the free complimentary oil changes so was unclear of why I could not used the discounted coupon. The technician's response was that because I have an active Jeep Wave plan with only a rental car balance(rental car usage covered by jeep if my car need to stay in the shop) was the reason his system wouldn't let him process it.What does a rental car have to do with me getting an oil change.I then asked for a supervisor and the technician was a bit hesitant saying that he can't have 2 open contracts. Since when is buying 2 oil changes on special a contract?Rydell clearly wanted me to pay for one oil change at full price which is about $100 plus tax, and he also wanted to charge $30 extra for a tire rotation! Most of these coupons do not have stipulations like that but owell. They just lost some business !!! My money will not be going to them. So I left after this matter.I find this unacceptable and also sexist. I always see many dealerships take advantage of women or other who they feel we are less educated and don't know anything about car maintenance. I went on to call Jeep Wave customer service to see if there should be any reasoning why the dealership couldn't process it. They went on to tell me it shouldn't have been an issue to me already using all my previous oil changes it shouldn't have affected me at all.I then called Mopar Customer service to explain my situation and was able to get an excellent oil change package with tire rotation at a great price with no sales tax!WORD TO THE PEOPLE OUT THERE!!!Do not let these youngsters of technicians try to rip you off because it's all about money and how much more they can get out of you. PLEASE STAY EDUCATED AND MOSTLY STAY AWAY FROM RYDELL SAN FERNANDO, CA!!!!!Thanks OSCAR!

This dealer had the best prices I could find on a Charger Scat Pack. Took longer than I expected to work everything out and leave with the car, but they made me happy with the numbers and the extra stuff I got with the car (LoJack and extended warranty). Big thank you to Daniel Erlikhman for dealing with me from the first phone call to handing me they keys to my new car, he answered all my questions and helped with all my requests. And thank you to Frank and Gus for making this deal happen!

Kyle McDuffie, seriously, if you are in the market for any car, look him up at this dealership. You will not find a better deal from any other dealership and you will not have a better salesman than Kyle himself. I had the best experience, not just buying a car, but just large purchase in general. Kyle made the impossible, possible! He is a true genuine person work with. There is still good people in this world, Kyle is one of rare few!

Oh boy, do I have a story for you! I was recently in the market for a Dodge Charger Hellcat Widebody Jailbreak and I noticed one at this dealership, stock ID 31301SO, that I really liked given the $8,500 discount that was advertised. I was being assisted by Luis Bracamontes. What I did not like about what Luis did is that he was too persistent with the sale. I have purchased three Dodge cars in the past two years, so I know how this stuff works and therefore, I was very aggressive with the financial numbers involved in this deal. This is where Luis did a few things that were very wrong. First, he kept telling me he didn't believe me with regard to deals I received from other dealerships. Excuse me? Calling a customer a liar to their face, WOW! Even when I showed him proof of a deal I had elsewhere, he said his "friend" said something else and that meant my deal was a lie. He had an arrogance to him that my brother and I both picked up when it came to the offer his dealership had. He also kept talking to me about my finances as if he knew better about my own finances and even called my family members without my consent when I told him that buying this car is a family decision. All of the above is weird, but I give Luis somewhat of a pass here because I also had evolving requirements for what I was looking for in the deal and had issues with regard to responsiveness and commitments made to go in person to the dealership. Luis put up with all of it and was mostly respectful through it all. Although, Luis basically calling me a liar is something that still rubs me the wrong way. This accusation from him is made worse when you consider the fact that the day I finally went to buy the car the deal broke down because apparently the dealership only takes 5k max on a credit card for a down payment and Luis claimed he told me this in advance, but he did not. I specifically asked if I could pay the FULL downpayment with a credit card and he said yes. I don't understand what Luis was trying to accomplish by doing this, what did he think was going to happen when I came to the dealership to buy the car and it came time to pay the down payment? Why lie about this? I wasted four hours of my day because of that. Anyhow, I could not close the deal because of this and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The reason for this is because the day I went to close on the deal, we were still negotiating financial numbers. This is where the real bad guy comes in. I have purchased Dodge cars from several dealerships and have talked to many more and I have never met a more disrespectful sales manager than Gustavo Ruano. This man came to us the day we were going to close on the deal and said something to the effect of "we have been at this for days now" in such an annoyed/rude tone. At this point, I really wanted the car, so I brushed it off. But things got worse. Once we agreed to the numbers, Luis took me to go see the car in person, which Luis claimed had been washed before I arrived. Another lie, the car was clearly dirty and we noticed strange sticky-type marks in several spots throughout the car which we were literally able to remove with our hands. But it gets worse, the car had several scratches throughout the entire body that I was not able to notice earlier for some reason. I asked Luis to have the car buffed to remove the scratches and he said he had to ask Gustavo. Gustavo was pissed that I asked for scratches on a brand new $100,000 car to be buffed. He initially refused, saying there were no scratches on the car. When I pointed one out, he said he would only buff out the scratches that I saw and that I had to take pictures of all the scratches I saw. How crazy is that, the scratches were all over the car! He finally agreed to do the whole car but then said I had to come back within two days or he would not honor the request. OMG!! Can you believe that?! They don't make sure to buff out the scratches before selling you the car, but then expect the customer buying a $100,000 car to do exactly as th

I had a horrible experience with Oscar. After I requested a test drive, he literally told me " I'm trying to sell you a car I'm not gonna let you test drive it unless you buy it" he also made some inappropriate comments about covid because I told him I'm a nurse and I had a mask on, he told me he wasn't sure if he wanted to let me test drive the car because I'm around "sick people". So after pulling teeth with him he agrees to give me a test drive , a few minutes into the test drive he received a phone call on his cell phone talking with a customer about a car and just tells me to pull back into the driveway at Rydell, I told him I didn't have enough time to test drive the car and that I need to test drive it a little bit more. After this he responded " what do you mean you need to test drive it more you just did" and looked angry and upset, this same dialogue went for about 1 minute awkwardly in the car with him asking me the same thing until I just gave up and said okay never mind I'll just pull it back into the driveway. This was the most awkward, cringey experience I've ever had in my life at a dealership, you guys need to do better with your staff, something is very wrong here.

It has been a very long time frustrating dealing with Rydell Jeep Service, my service advisor is Freddie.I took the car in for the first recall which is on 2/22/2023.They have scratched more than what I asked for to replace. Main scratches are on my display frame, center controller, hand break and plastic cover on glass tailgate. They only replaced center controller and hand break unit. Every time I asked him why the other 2 parts you don't cover when your technician damaged the vehicle. He only said no that parts we can't replace and always cutting me off. And just to reiterate, he gave me another excuse for not fixing those parts because I wasn't the original owner of the car when I was on the 2nd line of the lease contract and decided to buy off the lease. He never called to inform me that the car will be in service longer than expected (when he said he will call me the next day). When I received the car back for the first time besides scratches, my roof was off the rack (one-touch sky roof), watermark inside of the cabin like there was a leak, and all the plastic covers that they opened were bent when there were little pockets to yank it. And I didn't get my car back for more than a month later. I had to call following up either oh we had to replace another part or we ordered wrong part. If they were to call and say oh your car will be in the service longer than expected due to such an such. I would understand. After inform Freddie that my interior got scratched he said would order parts and let me know when to come in, but he had never called until sometime in May/June I reached out to him so many times he finally (late June/early July) asked me to bring the car in and double check on the parts that he had to order.I had to have Chrysler involved, they were able to make an appointment for me in October. And after that long wait, the dealer didn't even have the courtesy of washing my car.Water Residue like it has been leak somewhere

Rydell had the vehicle I wanted on the lot, at way below MSRP. That is very unheard of these day. Ron was great. April was great setting the whole thing up. Would definitely do business with them again.

I'm really happy with the deal I got from Rydell on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had gone to a different dealer and just didn't feel right. I showed up at Rydell when it opened and was given great service by Juan. He got me the exact car I was inquiring about, worked up the numbers and got me out of there very quick. He's contacted me a couple times to follow up and make sure I'm happy. Also, I've received follow up emails from the dealership introducing me to the service personnel for when I need service. Overall, I think they really want to make sure you are happy and if not, they want to take care of any issues.
