Dear Spectrum, I often wonder what does it feel like to waste $80 a month. Oh wait-I know!!!! Let's order spectrum. Spectrum will take your money and the quality of the internet will work-30% of the time. Oh, so then you call them or chat with their AI and things will work 80% of the time-for a week. So here's the best part: they will send you a really nice service person to look at the connection and they'll make an adjustment that works 100% of the time-for a couple of weeks. Then wash and repeat in infinitum. How much do I hate thee? Let me count the ways 1,2,3,4...keep counting until you can't find any relief. Then you'll know 25% of the aggravation you cause us. I thought monopolies were illegal. Why can't I leave 0 stars?

It's scary how they won't let you cancel services. They leave you on hold in hope you just hang up and "think about it."They'll interrogate you with questions that don't apply to your request. Can't stand this company

I ask for the cheapest monthly plan and Was told to pay 24$ monthly which is a promo for 1 yr, then when I check my account online, im due for 87$.I returned the equipment the other guy ask me, who do I think will give me that low price.Check your cameras and see if just I made up this number.

They have no customers service the young man that was helping me has no manners was texting while I was trying to explain my issue and just said that he couldn't help me didn't even try anything. 9/4/23 at 2:30 pm

The manager Gerardo he control all the employees I ask print my statements and he said no because all printers not work and said send to my email and he said they not can't do and went to Van nuys store automatic they print my statements Sanfernando is the worst

Employees claim kiosk never works or not taking cash. I have to wait 30 plus minutes to wait to be called on to just make a payment. Ridiculous!!!!!

I had an issue with my Samsung 12 not receiving my voice-mail. Also a British voice was on my greeting instead of my voice. When I would review my greeting, my voice would be heard. But when a person called the British voice was heard. I went into the San Fernando office to explain the issue. At first the employee questioned if my explanation was possible. After sometime I asked the employee to call my number and listen to the greeting voice. They heard a British voice. This was after they had clearly heard my voice when they were trouble shooting. They asked me to re-record my greeting. They told me that the problem had been solved..A few days later I discovered that the issued still existed. I went back to the location to explain my phone issue again After continued failures I was told that the problem was my phone. That I needed to replace my Samsung 12. I paid my phone ($30.00) and bought a Samsung 14. The next day I realized that I still wasn't receiving my voice-mail. I went back to the location to explain again my problem. I was told they never heard of this ever happening. Once again I was told this must b e a phone device issue. I stated this was a phone purchased the day before. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for the number for an online technician. I called and explained again my issue. They also never heard of this problem ever occurring I had to call from a store phone so they could try and address the problem. They found that my explanation was true. They tried to figure out what was wrong. There was nothing in their manual for this issue. Finally, the technician asked me to punch in *73. This eliminated the British voice and allowed to receive voice-mail. To my dismay I never had a phone malfunction. I asked to speak with the store manager to complain about purchasing a new phone, when there was a technical issue. I felt that I should at least get a $30.00 credit for the mistake and inconvenience. The store manager said he would give me a $20.00 credit. I agreed to the credit.After 4 days of checking there appeared no credit on my bank statement. I called Spectrum and was told there was no credit. They said I needed to go back to the location and speak with the manager. When I came in I was told it was the managers day off. They took my name and information and assured me that I would receive my credit. Of course I haven't received a call or credit. I have spent more time and gas than this is worth. This is solely about the principle and honoring your word. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated by Spectrum. I gave them an opportunity to make me whole, but I remain broken. Shame on you Spectrum.

The WORST service I ever had. Probably the manager "short guy" treated me UNRESPECTFULLY. Today was my second time having a NIGHTMARE with him. I hope SOMEONE could do SOMETHING about this horrible situation.

I feel spectrum has become monopolistic. They have great customer support, but have become very expensive. I believe that if your looking for a good cable or internet provider, do your homework. Research what other options are available to you in your area. You can do better, trust me. I was sold services I didn't need and after close to a decade of making monthly payments that are close to a car payment, I wised up, canceled spectrum and changed provider for a fraction of the cost.

I always come to this location to pay a bill or return equipment with no problem at all. Today i walked in to get info on a new phone I'm going to purchase, and the representative was extremely rude and condescending which was unnecessary. I literally called spectrum over the phone while in store to get that information. It is called customer service and she had none. That person should not be working with the public. I was very surprised as well as disappointed

Customer service is okay but the wait is very long. Seems like the manager doesn't know what he's doing. He stands around and doesn't help customer, even when there's empty customers service counters. I'd rather drive further away to do my business then to go there!??

They need to work on a different in store system to take payments from existing customers. The waiting time period is ridiculous. I was here for almost an hour, decided to check my place in line, because they did personally log me in , when I walked In, and to my surprise I wasn't even on the log. That was even more frustrating.

This place is a joke! I helped my mother get her spectrum app up and running on both of her tv's. When I spoke to customer service they advised me she can drop off the boxes at the nearest location. So I let me my mom know this and she will be able to save money on her cable bill. First of all the some lady that works at this location advised my mom if she drops off both boxes her cable to go up. So they made her take a box home. I tried to install it and for whatever reason couldn't I called customer service again and let them know what happen. They advised me that not true and she able to remove the boxes from her account. And also advised me that the people working at this location have had soooooooo many complaints and they are just trying to meet their quota. It's really sad how much they location likes taking advantage of their customers.

I went today ready to upgrade my phone. But after waiting for over an hour I left. There 2 people working there. I swear people were camping out on the couches. What this store needes is a few help wanted signes. What kills me is that the customer service lady told me I had to go to the store to upgrade my phone.

Needless to say I commend Barbara employee at San Fernando CA Spectrum location for outstanding customer services. Barbara needs recognition for outstanding services she provided 15 min before closing she managed to network and get my services activated. Very nice
