Walked in because i had a question about my Apple Watch's warranty and as I soon as I entered I was standing waiting for someone to greet me and this gentleman named "Freddie" looked at me with attitude and said " you can sit down " and while I sat down and waited for my turn patiently I was able to over hear him talking to a customer saying " you tell me you know and you know but you don't know " and I was just stunned how rude that kinda is talking to customers. 4/10/24

I went in to upgrade my daughters phones and to get a new line added. As I was checking out the sales person gave me cases and screen protectors for the phones. Some how I got 6 items on my bill as I was told this was included in my bill but not as a separate payment. I kept asking the sales person will I get charged for this and he kept saying this is included in the price. As I received the new bill I have 6 new chargers for the items I kept speaking of. Not sure if this is the plan this location is doing. But I would be aware of the scam and make sure that it is free and not an additional charges on your bill. I hope this didn't happen to many people. Reading through the yelp I see many were victimized to this scam and something needs to be done. If you need to go to TMOBILE go to better location in an upscale area as this wont happen for sure.

I wanted to the branch know how kind and patient the young guy was to me. He was very kind and took time to understand my need . I’m old I’m not familiar with this technical things . He helped rest my phone and restore my lost connection . I appreciate him and felt he was acknowledged by the managers working .Thank you so much Chris very sweet guy.

This is a franchise and you will not have support from T-Mobile like a traditional corporate store. You will also be forced to buy accessories for new devices because it's a franchise store. Make the drive and find a corporate store. Manager not onsite prevents returns, account issues and forcing purchases you would not get in a corporate store.

Nice location, parking is doable. The agent named Jonathan helped me out. By far the best customer service i've received at any T-mobile store. He's very knowledgeable and clear with all instructions. Made the over all experience 10 times better.

I initially went to get a new phone and ended up getting a new phone line. A couple of weeks later, I decided to turn off the new line, as I didn't need it. So, I purchased the new phone and was told it would become unlocked after I paid it off. That never happened and I've called Customer Care 5-6 times to resolve this issue. I was told several different time frames as to when the phone would become unlocked; 3 days, 24 hours, 1 month, and 3 months. My phone is still locked and I've waited the appropiate time frames. I've called the store I bought the phone from and they told me to call Customer Care to resolve this and Customer Care told to call the store. This company is very unprofessional, unhelpful, and don't care to resolve issues presented to them by their customers. I would not recommend this particular store or T-Mobile, in general to anyone.

Came here this past weekend and made two visits. Both times, I was assisted by Kat. She helped me establish service for two lines which required porting two phone numbers from At&t. One line had a sim lock by At&t, and she helped us unlock it, so we could transfer the phone and phone number. It was a complicated transaction, but she make it painless and provided excellent service. We are extremely satisfied with the assistance she gave us.This place gets super busy on weekends. I recommend being annoying and arriving as soon as they open; otherwise, expect to wait about 35 minutes before an associate can help you (even though they are appropriately staffed, they are just super busy).

I'm so fng mad. A couple of months I came to buy 4 phones. From Chris he gave me screen protectors I did not want or ask for. He said they were free, and he had already put them on the phone. Even tho I said I didn't want them. So I said oh well. Now I'm getting charged for them, and now that they are broken they won't exchange them. Because I don't have insurance on my phone. He's a liar and don't trust him. Look at ur contract and ask questions. So mad..

If i could give no stars, i would. I went like three weeks ago or a month ago and my experience was really horrible. The sales rep that help me at this store his name is Chris. I would not recommend for other people to be helped by him. It looks like he was trying to act cool but it was too much he was pushy persistent a little bit mean and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the whole service. I got there I wanted to see first the phones which i already knew which phone i wanted and then wait for someone to help me but he approached and was trying make me get something that I didn't want. So I just let him help me because everybody else working that day was busy. I had already decided I was going to do a trade in so he said I qualified for $700 as a discount for the trade in but now that I got my bill and I spoke to customer service they said that the trade-in value discount was $500 so I don't know why would he say a different amount and that's not the case. Throughout him helping me I felt so uncomfortable because he would say inappropriate comments when my partner was right there which some of the comments he would say sounded flirtatious and my partner was getting upset. We are part of the LGBT community. Then another thing he was promoting a club he works for telling us like basically forcing us to go to the Club and we're like "oh no we're okay we don't like that we don't like that type of music". We were just feeling more uncomfortable every time. Prior to me going to the store I had already bought protective accessories for my phone this guy Chris was trying to hard to sell me charger, USB cable, smartwatch, and phone case. I know that's their job to try to sell other stuff but if the person says no you got to respect their decision. I had specifically said from the beginning I only want to do the trade in I don't want anything else. But I seen him putting a clear screen protector on my phone and I'm like "what about that, I don't want that". He responded back with "don't worry it's on me it's free". So I've been trying to see if I can see my belt statement on app until yesterday it showed up on my bill the clear screen protector. He ended up giving false advertisement lied he shouldn't be doing that adding things to a person's account saying it's going to be free and at the end they're going to be getting charged. So I called customer service regarding that matter too and they say they couldn't do anything so I went to the store but since the manager's not there I'm still trying to get that resolved I am not paying for something that I didn't agree to purchase or wanted from the beginning. That is not right. And I want this to be resolved ASAP.
