This U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer provides courteous, helpful, and super nice staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Renting a truck or equipment is super easy for both check-in and return. Vehicles, including basically brand new trucks, run great and work perfectly. While reserved equipment like dollys can sometimes be unavailable, the overall customer service is the best, fast, and never disappoints. The location is great, making for a 5-star experience that customers would definitely recommend and rent from again.

Rented a truck and to my surprise it was basically a brand new Chevy pick up. It worked out perfectly for what I needed and it ran great. Staff was courteous and helpful with everything I needed. I would rent from here again.

I rented a 15' UHAUL truck from Truman Station. It was super easy to check in and rent. Uriel helped me and was really friendly and sweet. Return was super easy. I would definitely recommend renting from this location.
