My husband and I had a 4pm appointment today and all the bank representatives not the cashiers but the bankers were sitting there talking to each other instead of helping customers. What's the point of having an appointment if they just don't feel like working. We arrived at exactly 4pm and one lady said oh the lady knows you are here she's coming but the heavy set lady instead of assisting us she decided to go flirt with her co-worker. Very unprofessional! We will take our business elsewhere! Too many lazy workers! I'm tired of people using covid as an excuse. Ridiculous!

The main image for this bank is correct. You open the door and there's a line in there like you to find out an amusement park. Come here if you like crowds and slow service.

I have been banking here for over 22 years. I needed to see a banker to try to reopen one of my accounts. Ani attended me. I asked her, and I quote my self "disculpa, I need to talk to a banker" Ani answered "I'm sorry I don't speak spanish" I replied "I need to talk to a banker is English isn't? " There was another customer next to Ani who started laughing about the whole situation. Ani directed me that I will need to make an appointment, etc, after wasting my time, she suggested "by the way you can open the account online" I'm sorry, I still don't know what to think about the whole situation, Im simply in awe! The only thing in my mind is that Wells fargo, whom I trust my money with, hired Ani with such poor customer service. I understand I have an accent, and by choosing this bank, I'm also actually thinking with an accent?!!! According to Ani, im probably slow! Please, Ani, stop enunciating to people who have an accent really slowwww. Remember, you are the one who who had trouble understanding!!!

My mother had ANOTHER horrible experience with wells fargo "customer service"?? department. I keep telling her she needs to go with a bank that will CHASE you as a customer and will CHASE you down to provide so much better CS than wells fargo does. Wells does not know how to CHASE their customers down and provide good service. One of the reps was so disrespectful to my mother over the phone, he started yelling at her. When she asked to speak to a supervisor, guess what he did.. transferred her back into the queue. My mother went to the local branch for help. Granted, the branch lady helped her and explained things to her much better than the phone rep did, at the same time making excuses for the phone rep she has never even probably met.! Worse, telling my mother the recording that says they record all calls is "just something we say". Yes, a bank management person said that to my mother. Shameful. In this time, people should have more empathy and patience and NOT feel they can hide behind a phone. Remember, wells fargo's is the same co. that settled with the government, because they illegally created bogus accounts. Again, you need a bank that will CHASE you and not try and rip you off while proving horrendous customer service. They should CHASE that rep out of office.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for many years, have a mortgage with them and a substantial deposit, yet they act like they are doing me a favor by servicing me. The lines are always long, they know this, why not staff the bank to prevent the long lines. Has anyone try to schedule an appointment online? It doesn't work!!! Last month I sent an international wire from one of the branches. It took almost 2 weeks to receive a letter telling me the wire did not go out. During that time I made several calls to the foreign bank trying to track down the funds. I was late on my financial obligation and did not receive a single phone call from Wells Fargo telling me that the wire did not go out. The bank website shows that they are open until 1 PM on Saturday, I arrived at 12 noon only to be told by a rude security guard that I needed to be in line before 12 noon to be able to enter the bank. Since I am traveling tomorrow, once again I will be late on my financial obligations. Is this happening because I live in a minority community? I am sure they don't treat customers on the more affluent communities this way. Chase Bank here I come.

Horrible !!! I've been waiting in line for 40 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me there are just tellers talking amongst each other and only 1 banker helping a line of nearly 15+ people . This is ridiculous . Never again will I come to this branch .

Long long long lines!! Every time I come here There is atleast 5 "bankers" outside that should step up and help the teller's... and they wonder why I stop coming here. Instead of the lady asking people what do they need help with, help your colleagues so they can get to the customers faster.. 30 minutes to get a Cashiers check...horrible

I've come here about 15 times and every time I come the wait is about 15 minutes to see one of the Only two tellers they have. They do however have a bunch, usually around 5, fat bankers sitting around who never getting up to help out. Go to a bank that values your time and manages their staffing properly to service them.

Be really careful there still doing the same thing trying to make you get something you don't what to making customers buy it. Today I was there trying to buy one check there trying to tell me company policy is to buy 3 I ask to speak to supervisor she said the same thing company policy then I ask branch manager same answer is company policy then I ask for district manager finaly got his number left message with his assistant then with 5 min he call me I explained what there coworkers are telling me company policy I ask them I was thinking your CEO have move from protecting stockholders and helping the customer he said I'm sorry I get it fix you don't have to purchase what you don't need. Said will talk to manager to not hide back company policy

To many complain and complain. Let's see you lead by example in all areas of your life. You might laugh because your life is a joke, but honestly, it's a nice bank, I like it and I have no problem with it. I walk up to them and ask them to help me. I don't wait and think that people are going to always come to me. Who do I think I am? I like banking with Wells Fargo so why would I complain? Have a nice day everyone

My personal experience with Ray was awesome. He was polite and professional. It was quiet a complicated transaction but he did a great job and I was out of there quickly. But the branch in general is super crowded, the parking spot is very limited and sometime you have to wait in line for somebody to get out in order to park. They need more branches in that zip code.
