Waited 20 minutes, for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to help me because they were handling appointments only. WOW ! That's why I closed my savings account at Wells Fargo.

This branch need to be shut it down by upper management! No bankers on site not even one and tellers have no idea what’s going on. Even if you go to a bank in third world country they will greet you at least but here nothing zero!! Need strong a strong management otherwise you will loose all clients from that area!!
