Brought my RR Sport in this morning to get this annoying rattle fixed. Jack and I took a short drive around the block and he immediately knew what the problem was. After we got back to the shop, he slid under the car and fixed the problem in 30 seconds. Just as he suspected, the hand break cord fell out of the clip and he simply snapped it back in place. Didn't charge me anything. I can't tell you what an unexpected surprise it was to find someone with that kind of integrity. He really could have taken advantage of me, as I even told him that a buddy of mine that knows cars thought it was something more serious. From now on, I will be bringing my RR Sport here for everything.

I requested 105k mile service for my 2012 Range Rover Sport.Peter was very accommodating in scheduling this service, and was able to provide me with a loaner car.During the service, Peter contacted me to say that they could swap out the HVAC control knobs that had deteriorated from past cleanings, causing the rubber to go tacky. I had previously enquired about this through a local Land Rover dealership, only to be told that the unit would have to be replaced, what a joke!I found 11th Street Auto's pricing to be very fair, and honest.Delighted with the customer service and will be back for the next service interval!

These guys are amazing. They're the only ones I trust with my Range Rover supercharged. They always are honest with me give me a great price and usually finish work in the same day. It's so hard to find yrustwortgy reliable mechanics, but I found them and I will stick with them for as long as I have my range rover. Thank you Peter for always being so honest.!

Jack has repaired my Range Rover Sport at least a half a dozen times over the past years. Every time, he exemplifies expertise and professionalism. All of my family's Range Rovers (at least four) have been serviced by 11th Street Auto over the past decade, and we trust them entirely. While many dealerships treat you like a number and most repair shops treat you like a customer, Jack and Peter have always treated us like family.

While I appreciate you following up with my review, you continue to ignore the key question, and continue to take no responsibility. The question is simple: did you actually confirm the cross over pipe was the source of the original leak? All evidence points to the fact you did not. 1. Before starting a $4k job did you pressure test it and properly diagnose the source of the leak?? It appears not. 2. When you replaced the cross over pipe, did you confirm the pipe was actually cracked? If so, where was it cracked? How badly? There should have been a substantial amount of coolant all over the engine in the vicinity of that pipe. Did you observe that? Ive asked this 3 times and you have yet to answer. 3. Did you properly pressure test the car after the job. SF Land Rover seems to think you did not. And the test drive could not have been that far because you stated you were just leaving to take it out as we were on the way over to pick the car up. Again, the far more plausible explanation is the radiator puncture was the reason for the car overheating, and you just missed it because you assumed it was the cross over pipe. If you had take even the smallest bit of responsibility to understand how that could have happened, I would have chalked it up as "preventive maintenance". But instead you took zero responsibility and gave a completely B.S. response "it was fine when it left our shop" and "cars break all the time". Not professional, not helpful. As to your other points:1. Jack most certainly did tell me to "just hose it off, it's probably left over coolant from the job". 2. Coolant most certainly peels the finish off the plastic Land Rover grill. Please see the attached pictures, which are the same pictures we shared with you when we got the car home. This is why it's clear the radiator puncture was the source of the original leak. Along with the coolant spewing from the radiator, you can see spots of dried coolant residue and the finish peeling off the grill in those areas. That didnt happen during the drive home. That coolant residue had been sitting on the grill for days and you just missed it. 3. You most definitely did tell me to screw off and you certainly refused to fix it. It was petty, it was unprofessional, it made a bad situation 10x worse. It also cost me an additional $500 to rent a car for the week while finding another shop to ship the car to. So to recap: - you failed to properly diagnose the actual source of the leak before starting a $4k repair job. - you failed to properly check your work- you failed to take any responsibility - you failed to act remotely professionallyMy review stands. I'd recommend people stay away. It's too bad as these guys had been a good shop.
