This 711 certainly lived up to the hype of the reviews. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever had an “experience“ in a 711 before. My flight got in late and nothing else in the area was open. When I arrived, there were a group of teenagers at the door and the owner was yelling at them. Asking them what they wanted.The security guard was explaining that he had lost his keys. Within five minutes, a line start to form at the door of other customers. When the owner magically found his keys and opened the door, he started yelling “whiskey” at the teenagers over and over again. I grabbed what I needed and got out. Weird to say the least.

I am from Europe and lost my bank card at this shop. After hours I came back and the owner very kindly and savely had put my card aside and waited until I came back. Thank you again so much, you saved my trip to San Francisco!

They charged for two bag of chips instead of one.I dont think it was on accident after reading all these reviews.Didn't lrealize it until I saw the receipt because I thought their prices are way high compared to the 711 I'm use to walking in to.

Make sure you watch what he charges he will double charge you I noticed it in his face that's why I asked for a receipt and I noticed the face he gave when I told him yea I need a receipt and after I check yea he double charged

I stay opposite of this store, wharf inn otel. it is 11.41pm now and i can still here the classical music in my room!! 7eleven management has to do something with your staff otherwise I ll go there and do it myself!
