The manager refused to give me my order even though I was waiting in line. He also refused to sell me candy. He was rude, aggressive, came too close, and showed clear hatred toward me. I believe this was discrimination. A very disturbing and humiliating experience.

The Night Shift worker is not polite. The behavior is so rude and unacceptable. He is always busy with phone when you ask something he respond rudely or he will tell you get out from my shop. I hope that the manager of this branch will see this and check the camera that know The behavior of his staff with Customer thank you

I was knocked on my window to hurry up because they had so many broken pumps like if it's my fault at 7am in the morning when it's not so busy, I said its stupid to bother me when it's so early and it's not that busy, the guy get mad at me and refuse service 😝 so stupid, bad service, no wonder why it's 3 stars

The workers are the worst, they don't let you get a refund on anything, one worker couldn't even understand english and he kept faking it. He just didn't wanna give me a refund, I bought this giftcard and he didn't give me a receipt, so I just went with it because I thought he was nice. Then I came back and said "Can I get a refund" He started to fake his accent and everything and I was like trying to tell him and being kind. He called for backup and right as I was explaining he cut me off and said "What's done is done." and I tried again to explain and he just told me "whats done is done" with a rude tone, so I just went away.

Very disrespectful clerk who works at night never wants to do his job and is so rude when he talks he need to learn customer service skills and how to deal with the public , that goes for both 7-11s on Geary they always act like they can’t load your cash app card and it’s always too late ! “What’s the point of having that service if you can’t do it? “ allways hating on making the pizza too ,,,always closing down way earlier then the times they say there open dude needs to be fired or checked one time . 5thumbs down

I arrived before 1 am to a locked door and an employee that took off running to the other side of the store when I saw me coming. I was here at 12:55 am just off work to pick up snacks and then you're not open?

I usually come here to purchase diesel when passing through. I liked their cash back option to support the dispensary across the street. I was a regular customer for three years. Ca law entitles customers to water and air if you buy petrol. Because the machines are often broken, I usually just help myself to some water from the spigot. During my last visit, the attendant came out and became confrontational about it. He said some hurtful things about me using food stamps and accused me of not paying for my diesel. I tried to deescalate the situation with communication and empathy but he kept coming back out and cussing and getting in my personal space. He eventually knocked a water bottle out of my hand, and cut my face when I tried to show him I had paid for the diesel. I understand prop 47 sucks for the bottom line for retailers like this but violence is unacceptable.

Bad customer service. Machines are always broken, and is dirty. Don’t waste your time comping to this location.
