Came to grab a ups package and the woman working said she wouldn’t help me for 30-40 minutes. The time she took to explain that to me she could have just handed me my package.

Terrible customer service. Extremely slow, no urgency whatsoever. Only go if you absolutely have to, and have about an extra hour as buffer time

Terrible customer service. Fingerprint requirements are completely different then what are online and arbitrary. Owner is out of the country and has to be sent by text your secure documents to verify. DO NOT GO HERE. Completely unprofessional.

overpriced. I needed to return a package via FedEx with a QR code. They don't print the labels for free and said it would be around $5 (their words). There's a Walgreens just down the street where it's free.I'm sure hey'll reply witg some excuse that they need the make money and fedex is not paying them or something but it's ridiculous to charge around $5 or even $1 when free is just a short walk away.

If your package needs it, they charge $3 for tape. Pretty absurd, if you ask me. I'd go somewhere else that doesn't nickel and dime you.

I went to do a shipping and got my passport pictures too , and the lady was very nice and helped a lot. I highly recomend this place

I hate to give anyone a negative review so I want to be clear: This review is NOT of the wonderful woman who works there who works so hard and is always so kind to everyone! She runs the place solely by herself and she is NOT the business owner....so I want to let her know how much I appreciate her kindness and efforts. She is EXTRAORDINARILY helpful - goes the extra mile every time she has helped me, and the owner is lucky to have such a stellar employee. So....I am writing this review with the hope that the OWNER sees it and can fix his problem that is frustrating the neighborhood customers who want to give him their business! The issue for me is that I would say a full 75% of the time that I've come here, they've been closed with a 'be back at such-and-such a time' kind of sign. I have been careful to look up their business hours to MAKE SURE that I'm understanding when they're open. I totally get that things happen - so I would expect this sporadically from a small business. The issue can be easily fixed: the owner should decide a lunch hour for his employee and then post that they close for lunch at that specific time. It's as simple as that. She is entitled to a peaceful lunch and I don't begrudge her one bit - but it's frustrating to show up to a closed door during 'business hours'. I was told today that lunch is specifically from 2:30 - 3:10 PM - but it was posted nowhere (that little clock they use has hands that change whenever they are 'out')....so....who knew?! Well, hopefully those reading this do now. Today I even looked up the hours first and then even tried to call because this has happened so many times that they're not open when they say they will be. No one answered the phone (because, as I later learned, the sole worker was at lunch)...so I guess it's on me that I took my chances thinking maybe she was just too busy to answer the phone. Repeated experience and frustration should have taught me not to count on this business to be open at the hours stated. I totally get that it's a hard time for small businesses and I completely support the very kind and helpful woman in her right to take an uninterrupted, peaceful lunch. I just want the owner to respect MY time as well as that of other customers who also waited perplexed, heavy boxes in hand (and more than a few got frustrated and just left)... He just needs to post his REAL hours, that is all. I'm posting this so that others might be spared the frustration. Thanks for reading.

Who knew getting new passport photos could be such a lovely experience? Ana took several photos and let me pick the one I liked best. She also managed the flow of customers and UPS delivery workers with kindness and respect for their time. Highly recommend!

Do not use this UPS Drop Off Point - it’ll be gone before UPS picks it up. The women behind the counter told me I didn’t need a receipt and to place the package by the UPS sign which is within inches of the door and clearly visible to anyone walking by. I strongly suspect it was stolen. Even if it wasn’t the store won’t offer a receipt for UPS drop off.
