Duke is a fantastic store. I even buy stuff I don't need. Staff are very are kind and helpful , attentive . Pj and the rest are the best. Easy to shop .knowledgeable, Excellent Service which makes it easier to shop with no stress and difficulty. 👍👍👍🥰

My son was so sweet and ordered me some WiFi bulbs online at Duke’s Ace Hardware and he went in to pickup one of two orders for me and then came back and said the WiFi bulb order was cancelled knowing they had these bulbs on the shelf because he picked up another order earlier in the day. So literally he came back without the WiFi bulbs he was buying for me as a gift because they cancelled his order, and I end up having to go in a buy them for myself!!!!
To top off the bad service, the guys in there were talking about my son! I won’t be buying from this Duke’s hardware store ever again! I told my son I normally go to True Value Hardware down by 39th and Noriega because those guys are actually nice and helpful unlike our experience at Duke’s.

Went in on a Sunday noon to find an adapter for my water filter. The guy who helped me find the correct faucet adapter was so attentive and meticulous. I'm very pleased by his effort and amazing customer service! This is my go to store for any hardware!

Dukes is one of many great local neighborhood hardware stores. Never had a bad experience and is usually my go to store if I need small stuff like gaskets, silicone, etc for the home. Some employees have great advice and are always friendly and honest (from what I've seen so far).Prices are pretty fair on most items I bought and is sometimes the same or better than Home Depot or Lowes so you can save gas and support locals.
