I've been using a mouse connected to a multi-pronged usb thingy on my Mac due to bad track-pad. The mouse would stop working on and off. Very frustrating. Yesterday, stopped by to find out cost of replacing bad trach-pad they explained around $300. One of the women working there came up with much less expensive fix $5. !!! Yup. Very, very helpful. Instead of this multi-pronged thing I was using she said try this single usb connection. And so far, so good. Thanks Actnet!

Son's chromebook took a dump and wouldn't boot. Phillip re-imaged the system and all was well at a reasonable price until the same happened a week later. Phillip had me come in and showed me how to restore the system if it ever happened again, free of charge! Support local!!

Absolutely saved my computer, which I depend on for everything, from the brink. Stopped by to ask if they thought they could do anything to fix it and they were able to squeeze me in for a same-day emergency fix-up. Phillip not only managed to get it back up and running from a completely corrupted OS, but all my personal files were still intact and I swear it looks and runs as if it were brand new. I was on the edge of despair and this place saved me in a matter of hours. I'll be back again for sure if I ever find myself with computer troubles!

Great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company for computer repair services.I took my mangled USB drive in to get it repaired. I had not only snapped off the connectors, but took some of the circuit board with it. I knew it was broken, but still needed to retrieve the data from it.The technician was not only solder all the prongs back on the circuit board, but also bridge the gap between the prong and the missing circuit board trace. This didn't take long and I could wait while it was being repaired.Due to the nature of my USB formatting, I could only test it at home. When I got back, the device was recognized and I could I could connect and remove all the data from the device.Thank you Actnet Computer Services!

GREAT local tech support. I have been on a few times with my old laptop and they do a great job keeping it running. I was getting a DNS server error message and could not log on. My computer immediately got on their network and they walked me through options I needed to pursue on my network. Friendly and professional support and did not charge me for their thoughtful advice. We NEED local businesses like this to suceed

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to the guys at Actnet Computer Services!!!!Like a complete idiot, I dropped an entire glass of water on my Macbook Pro. It immediately went black and I was immediately devastated. The guys at SF Computer repair were so honest, friendly and helpful. They told me that Apple would automatically charge me $700 and give me a new motherboard, whereas they would look at it and see what they could do. If they could fix it, it would be a $260; if they couldn't, it would be $35. I think its wild that they could potentially spend hours and hours of their time and then only charge $35 if they decided they couldn't fix it. But I didn't have to worry about any of that because THEY FIXED IT! It works perfectly, it only cost $260, and I couldn't be happier!!

These guys are great! This is the first review I've ever written on google. I felt compelled to do so.I called around to see gather info on getting my iMac upgraded. Apple has made it more and more difficult over the years. On the phone, they sounded the most genuine, confident and competent. I'm very glad I chose them!
