We bought tickets online, arrived 30 minutes early, tour started on time. Everything was as expected.

Overall was a fun experience to see it for the first time. Would we go back, probably not. Our boat was the first boat of the day so it wasn't as crowded and not nearly as hot either. Pricing for on boat drinks and food was expectedly high. We spent about 2 hours on the island and were ready to go back.

Great experience despite long lines for tickets and boarding the ferry. On the ferry back it was standing room only and waited 30 minutes to board. But I would still do it again. The audio tour was interesting and informative. The scenery was beautiful.
