i bought a Pair of shoes in the store the sales clerk said it would be a few days and I will get the shoes it's been over two weeks and I still do not have my purchase the worst service ever will never order anything else online from the store again

Bought these shoes in February. Worn a bit then and now in November/December. They are falling apart and leaking water. Manager said nothing they can do nor any discounts on getting another pair. ??♂️

Didnt have my size in 5 different pairs of shoes I tried to buy but my fiance got a sexy pair. Kids were respectful and helpful. I didnt give it 5 cbecause I'm kind of blown away that they wouldnt have a size 11 in 5 different pairs.

The workers at this location inside Westfield Mall are kind & helpful. They have much knowledge about the different type of shoes they have along with great customer service. It's affordable and they constantly have sales going on. Would definitely come back and shop here again.

I went into this shop on the 19 th of November and asked the assistant for the price of the bag and was told it was 60 dollars . I kept on asking her where was the price on the bag but she said they don’t have it . I paid 60 dollars and was given a new bag from the back of the shop but surprisingly the tag on it said it was 36 dollars but too bad for me as I only checked when I came home . I did go back the next day and was refunded my money and was also told they don’t put prices on bags so buyers please be aware . They can charge you whatever .

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of flats online over a week before an event that I needed them for and they sent me the wrong shoes (a pair of hideous black boots in the wrong size). Called customer service and waited for OVER 30 minutes before being connected to a representative who barely apologized and said there was no way they could get the correct shoes to me in time (they offer two day shipping online but stated that they would not be willing to correct their error and get the shoes to me before the event I needed them for-stated they could only get them to me in 5-7 business days). Only thing they offered was a discount code that could only be used online and only on regular price items - 80% of the website is "on sale" so that was useless. The tone of the representative was barely apologetic and she acted annoyed that I was requesting some sort of compensation for the company error. I will not be buying from this company again, especially after reading the reviews about the low quality of the shoes (which makes sense after dealing with the low quality customer service).

Went here to purchase some shoes for my husband for a wedding we attended. Customer service sucked extremely. Let me start off by saying that this country has people's brains programmed to believe that African Americans and people of color are thieves! Anyway, no greeting walking through the door whatsoever. My husband tried on a belt and put it back. Obviously he didn't want to buy it. He tried on a few pairs of shoes. Man came out and dropped the boxes as if was upset about something. I mean I would if I worked in a shoe store. My husband decided not to purchase because I told him that their shoes were too pricey for the quality. As we were leaving the Caucasian woman that attempted to help us said, "sir can you put our belt back please?". He kindly raised his shirt and said, "I already did." My heart was pounding as I wanted to go off on her. But I kept my composure and continued to behave appropriately. However, I was extremely pissed and felt degraded. Again downtown San Francisco isn't like it used to be. It used to be fun, full of culture and laughter. Now it's filled will racist mindset computer technicians. It's a tragic thing, sadly to say times are changing.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Sunday, February 17, 2019 (1 week from today). I got home today and still didn't receive my package. I went online and tracked my order and it said it has not been shipped out. I called customer service number about this issue because it's been a week already. And the website says that it takes 1-2 business days to ship out. The rep then informed me that my ordered has been cancelled and that I have to go into the store for a refund. I am very upset because I didn't get any type of cancellation notification. I informed her that I purchased my shoes from Williamsburg and I do not stay in the area. She said that she can process the refund over the phone but it'll take up to 5 business days! (ANOTHER ISSUE) I asked to speak with a manager and she told me to call back tomorrow. That's was not an option for me being that I have been waiting for my shoes longer than expected. I asked again for a manager and she transferred me to Laurie who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Kept saying that she's making an "exception" for me to process my refund over the phone because they don't do this! Exception!??? How is that exception? Aldo took MY money but CANCELED my order and DIDNT send me a cancellation notice and you going to say you are making an exception to give me MY MONEY back. She insisted that the system automatically sends out a cancellation email. Which I find it strange that I receive every other email from Aldo but didn't get this one! I also think it's strange that your website states that my order has not been shipped. It says NOTHING about it being canceled. I also asked for discount on my next order due to this being the 4th time that I ordered from Aldo and they screwed EVERY ORDER up somehow. She offered me a 15% discount. Which to me is UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!! Then she said 20% is the most can do! I'm not accepting 20% and then have to wait until you guys process my money back. Your shoes are already on the higher end in pricing 15-20% is nothing but tax! The manager Laurie wouldn't budge, didn't show any type of consideration that Aldo shoes screwed up once again! She was very rude and need some training on how to handle a customer who have complaints when we are spending our money! And she still didn't process my refund! I will call back again tomorrow morning and speak with someone one! But in the mean time I will go on every website google have for Aldo shoes and leave a review. I'm tired of spending my money on companys that do not appreciate us customers!

Worst service. The store manager is a j*** and does not understand what customer service means. They never have any shoe in the right sizes and will push you to order online but do no after sales service.
