The shoes here are so uncomfortable from the first time I wore them. I bought a pair of heels and they were unwearable after 15 minutes of walking due to pain. Tried to return but was told any use makes them nonrefundable. Makes sense given the discomfort of their shoes and how many returns they would get. Would definitely recommend shopping a shoe store with a more flexible return policy. Definitely learn from my mistake and avoid shopping here.

I needed dress shoes for a wedding last minute, and Julio graciously helped me right before closing — providing recommendations with my planned outfit and helping me try on different sizes. He was so helpful and kind, I will come back here anytime I need new dress shoes

I got two pairs of shoes and the service was very helpful. I made them pull at least nine pairs of shoes, but I never felt rushed, and they even stretched out a pair for my wide feet lol.

As what everyone else mentioned already, the manager to this shop is horrendous. Horrible customer service. Their return policy is illegal, have already submitted a claim.

I would rate it a zero star if I could! I'm really dissatisfied with the customer service provided by the staff. When I called about a shoe, the person who answers (I assume the manager) hangs up on me. When I go into the store, I'm met with a terrible attitude. Because of my negative experience with this Aldo, I don't advocate shopping there, and I'm afraid to visit another one! LOOK FOR A NEW MANGER.

Store was closed on a Saturday from 3-4:30 (could’ve been longer but I didn’t see it reopen), drove all the way over for it, even though online it says it’s open during these hours…..

Horrible Customer Service. Came by otw to the airport to get something for my wife. @ 1:30PM on a Saturday, he door was closed and locked, but an associate was standing at the back near the register. No sign, or any indication, or explanation just waved me away, as if to say Go Away! It would be NO stars, put have to choose one to share post! Horrible Customer Service!!!!! WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!
