This is my favorite restaurant & bar in the neighborhood. Great cocktails, yummy food, and amazing staff. Always bring my friends from out of town here.

5 stars for mocktails! Still tasted like a fancy beverage (and looked like one too).Shakshouka was ok, wish it had more time to set, vs being served a bit on the watery side.Brunch-mate had an omelette and loved it.

Very relaxed eatery with excellent friendly service. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is fantastic. Order the Mac and cheese is was delicious. I can’t wait to come back!

I reserved a table here for my sister's 30th birthday. We were greetly promptly and all our servers were lovely. However, the bartender (possible manager) Sam was the best. He made us laugh, chatted with us for a while, made us drinks based on preference which were INCREDIBLE. The food was delicious and the only 'bad' part were my prawns being overcooked.I'd highly recommend trying this place!

Disappointed, we ordered the salmon, which was dry and overcooked. The accompanying couscous was sautéed, not steamed, resulting in a crunchy and inedible side. The service was good, the ambience very nice; too bad the food didn't live up to its reputation.

Staff are incredibly friendly. I only wish the food was just as incredible. All in all, the food I ordered was pretty mediocre. Red lentil soup should really be renamed butternut squash soup because that's exactly what it tasted like. The kind bartender said they make it with a coconut cream, which I guess explains why it tasted like that way ??♂️ brussel sprouts were ... fine. The burger was disappointing because the patty lacked any real flavor--the fries had more salt (and were the best thing I ate there ).

Sam was amazing! He helped with his best suggestions on the menu and he hit it spot on. Brussel sprouts were crazy good as were the chickpea meatballs (which we didn’t even know we would like). Had buffalo sliders with sauce on the side because of spiciness and they were great even without it. Cranapple salad was delicious and topped it all off with a bottle of rose and a plateful of ricotta donuts with a duo of caramel and chocolate sauce. We couldn’t be happier! Looking forward to going back and trying more!!!!! Do yourself a favor and give Ailnent a try, you won’t regret it!

Above average food with decent beer and drink selection. A little pricy for what it is but that's likely due to location (near Fi di). Would go back if I was in the area but wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to return. EDIT: Downgraded to 1 star as they overcharged my and never bothered to fix after multiple interactions, had to report CC Fraud

Needed a restaurant near Grace Cathedral and selected this. Great location, good service (although drinks took quite a while). Food was okay. Don't regret going, but wouldn't make a point or returning.

Great drinks and attentive service. We only had some appetizers to share but they were good.Main course prices are eye-watering, but then that's SF in general I guess.Parking: Big parking garages across the street about a block away.

We tried out Aliment because it was close to the Curran Theater and the Brussels Sprouts looked good. We have a very nice and attentive server. The tables were close to each other so we talked with our neighbors. The food was excellent.

Incredible food. Great service. Great drinks. And, yes, get the brussel sprouts. Well marked menu for GF needs.

Unique, fun atmosphere with a menu that offers small plates to share or salad and entree options. The food leans towards American comfort dishes. There is seating at the bar, tables downstairs, and tables upstairs. The interior of the restaurant is comfortable with an inviting vibe. The noise level seemed high and made intimate duscussions difficult but fun for big, social groups. The staff were friendly and professional. The seating areas and bathrooms were clean.

It totally worked as a restaurant prior to an evening at the Masonic. The food was unexpectedly good. Had soup and lamb chops and the brussel sprouts and thought they were all exceptional.
