Meech was a great sales rep and was very helpful! I came in to trade in my old iPad and get the new one because my old one was sluggish. They were informative and polite when informing me of the options and made the whole process super simple.

Booked a Vision Pro demo at 1:30, was still waiting at 1:50 at which point it made no sense to do bc I had to leave in 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

I brought in my AirPods Pro 1 to be looked at because there was some rattling in the ear. I had an appointment at the Genius Bar for 1pm and wasn’t helped until 1:40. There were other people who were similarly waiting at least 20 minutes past their appointment time. I’m not sure what the point of the appointment was if I was just going to wait for 40 minutes. When someone did finally help me, they ran diagnostics on my AirPods and told me that the hardware “can’t keep up” with the new software and that they can’t fix them so I would need to buy new ones. They’re old AirPods so not terribly surprising, but I shouldn’t have had to wait an hour for someone to tell me that.

Came in with water damage to my phone, unfortunately they weren’t able to fix it but great service and spent time trying different things and even directed me to a third party when they couldn’t help any more

Tried to get my headphones replaced… and both the workers and the supposed manager wouldn’t allow me to get a new pair citing that they would get in trouble. I have gotten these replaced numerous times for the same reason and for some reason these people wouldn’t budge. Really poor service and would never recommend shopping here. Also this Asian guy made me feel so bad about wanting to get a replacement under warrant for a pair of headphones “only $20, it’s not too much to get a new one” like… way to make your guests feel poor and pathetic when your company is constantly finding ways to charge me more money.

Had a great experience overall, even though it was a bit crowded when I arrived. I had to wait a little, but the team was super helpful and kept things moving smoothly. Once I got helped, everything went really well—they answered my questions, made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and the whole process felt easy and professional. I picked up a new iPhone and couldn’t be happier with it. The photo I posted says it all. Great service, great product, and definitely worth the short wait.
