I came here Sunday, Nov 16 at 6:00 pm looking for help because my ipad pencil wasnt working. First lady that helped me asked me to take my screen protector off to see if that was the issue and it wasnt. Didnt even throw it away from me. She also took my pencil tip because she thought it was the store’s.
The whole appointment scheduling process is frustrating because it wasn’t working and I had to scan the qr code several times. I went through three people just so that they can tell me to get a new apple pencil. Why couldn’t they just tell me the first time? Why did I need two appointments just for that? Waste of time.
If you’re looking for help on an apple product that you already have, don’t bother coming here. Its useless, and they’ll just tell you to buy a new one instead.

This store has made me feel super uncomfortable starting with the so called security guard following me around at first with his eyes and then coming close to my proximity with the hurry up and buy energy the staff Mia I must say was the one bright spot being mindful and aware. If you are a black person which I am your definitely receiving that you don't belong here vibrations I do not recommend using apple products nor specifically this apple store if you look like me. This behavior is disheartening and archaic not to mention idiotic and outdated.

I’m kind of surprised to see this store has so many negative reviews. I’ve been here a couple times and my personal experiences has been pretty good while it might be. Their selves team are pretty good. Maybe some issues with the Service part I’m not sure but their sales person are very responsive and kind and helpful

visited the store on October 21 5pm. Because of a problem restoring my device and needed help from the Genius Bar. The Genius who assisted me never introduced himself and was quite disrespectful. He told me, “You chose to use a Beta version, so you must take the risk,” as if I came to be lectured instead of helped. While I was still talking to him, another staff member wearing a mask and gloves interrupted our conversation to ask about a different customer’s issue, leaving me waiting mid-service. This level of unprofessionalism was really disappointing.

Always friendly clean responsive. Noad at the Genius Bar was Great on 10/09/25 with my MacBook pro that I had dropped and broke. Good technical advice, and best - he watched as I went to the sales person for the new mac, and saw that there was a miscommunication about the possibility of a data migration - and he saved me from losing all my data! They wouldn't have done the migration if he hadn't been watching and following up on what was happening. He is hearing impaired, but he is a Great Tech Advisor! Highly recommend him and the store.

Worst Apple Store experience I’ve had. The manager Russell is rude, angry, and clearly hates his job and life so he takes it out on his customers. From the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one to have a bad experience with him. I would go downtown to the Union Square location instead.

Useless service team. Wasting time and not being helpful. I scheduled an appointment for a battery appointment, showed up on time and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to tell me to come back next week as they are too busy for the day.. what a waste or an afternoon.

I never leave google reviews, but purely leaving this review for the Genius Bar rep named Rachelle that supported me today. I was experiencing issues with my iphone's touchscreen that resulted needing to replace the whole phone. As she lead me through various troubleshooting options, the entire time she was empathetic of my situation and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. On top of everything, she SKIPPED her break to advocate for me with her superiors and was ultimately able to get my phone swapped for free when the pending cost was close to $700 for this type of repair. I appreciate her professionalism, her empathy, advocacy, and general kindness. Thank you for all your 10/10 support Rachelle!!! I wish you all the best!
