The employee name Salvador was less than pleasant and less than present. He was on his phone for quite a while, talking to a friend of his, while working with me as a customer. I felt rushed when selecting a product at the AT&T store plus I left the store, feeling unsure how to use my new phone. I return to the store later the in the day only to be directed to the same person who sold me the phone one asked a few questions about the phone. He told me just go to the Apple store, which I didn’t understand since I just purchased the phone a few hours earlier at that store of the AT&T store. The store is on mission and 20th St. in San Francisco, California

I first went to the San Bruno AT&T shopping Center, the rep said I would need to wait after 4 others who were ahead of me. Here she also told me about buying insurance that would take 30 days to take effect before a claim can be made if I needed to change to a new phone battery. I went to the Mission Store in San Francisco, I was promptly served. No sales of other products. They gave me what i asked. No further dropped calls.

Jeff is great, he efficiently helped address my concerns with my lines, and offered me the best promotions, and a lot of them, that were available. I am going to be getting an s24 ultra because of his service and ability to navigate my complex account and multitude of questions. He helped me get my new backup device (a15) ready to go. Professional, kind, and skilled. Thanks for your help. I literally could have spent less in sales tax if I went back to sf, but the service was enough to get me to come back to Daly city.
