Came here to get sim cards and phone plans for 2 while we were on holiday. The store was closed in the middle of the afternoon during opening hours? We hung around for a few minutes, to find out that the store clerk had gone out to get lunch and did not bother putting up a sign. Of course, he could not serve us once he came back because then he was taking his lunch and nobody else was working the store. We came back after about an hour to discuss business. He was unwelcoming and curt with us, generally gave off the impression that he did not give a damn. We decided to bring our business elsewhere. He lost an easy sale!

Bruce is such a nice person who has been helping me many times to fix my issue . He never felt irritated even there was a many customers . We want like this person who is working in front desk. Thank you Bruce. Happy new year 2025 .

Came in on 12/8/24 at 11AM and spoke with a young man with a mask on. He refused to exchange my phone after AT&T sent me the wrong phone. After going back and forth he still refused. Instead of trying to call a manager to see what can be done or even talk to his coworker in the back he said nothing can be done. I understand there are certain rules but it’s clear he didn’t even care to try if he didn’t make a single call or ask another person.

Jacob was so helpful, fixed my phone, signed me up for a better plan to save money. Very efficient and knew what he was doing I would highly recommend using this store. Bruce was also working with Jacob and helped initially. Great representation of AT&T, I would happily come back and recommend.

Jacob was very helpful. We had an issue that lasted awhile and we had to come back a few times, and every time Jacob was very patient and tried his best to help. He was able to unlock our phones so we could use out of the country, he wasn’t able to do it himself entirely but he did everything he could calling for help, making long calls to other departments of AT&T in the end being able to help. Sorry for the late rating Jacob but hopefully it’s better late than never.
