My elderly mother needed a new phone realized her current plan through AT+T was much more than she needed. I went with her to help her buy a new phone and switch to the much less expensive pay-by-month plan. The salesperson did not listen to what we wanted but gave us an agressive upsell. He finally relented and sold us what we asked for but he did not transfer contacts, claiming we had to do it, and said that we could not keep the same phone number (going from a regular plan to a pay-per-month plan), which the internet says is absolutely possible. Terrible service over all.

I received great service today, even though the store seemed short-staffed. I believe if they had more employees, the wait time would be reduced.
Despite the staffing challenges, Steven was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful and made sure my phone was completely set up before I left, which I really appreciated. He also assisted me with accessories and clearly explained the next steps for setting up my account.
Overall, it's a great store with a good location.

Great experience! Came in for a new watch. At first I was skeptical seeing the wait, but you can see your name and where your spot is. Once I was helped it took less than 15 minutes to go over features, he notified me of all the different promos, without being asked and I was out the door with a new watch on my account activated and ready with less than 10% down. Staff is looking out for you. Thanks guys

I would put 0 star. Worst store! After waiting for 1.5hrs,they kept bumping my name down the list. Inefficiency and unorganized.

This AT&T Store is close to my workplace and is usually less crowded on weekends. We visited to check out some options, including adding an Apple Watch to our account. When we arrived, a friendly agent helped us right away. Although he seemed new, he was eager to assist. When he didn’t know the answer to a question, he asked his senior colleague for help. He even called another agent to clarify an issue. In the end, we decided to wait for better deals.
The store is easy to get to and spacious. It is located in the downtown business area and typically has a good selection of the latest phones and other items in stock.

Worst AT&T store I’ve ever been to. First I asked for a certain color phone and was given the wrong one and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Then we were lied about our trade in value and AFTER we set up our new phones they came back and said our trade in value would be half and double the phone bill. Next we were told we were added as authorized users but turns out we weren’t, so when we came back without the main account holder we couldn’t return the device.
Definitely not coming back

The person who helped me was very nice and he informed me of different plans and options available. He speaks Spanish so we talk a little about soccer ⚽️ and he made me feel welcome to the store. Not only we both speak Spanish and English, but we speak soccer, universal language.

What an awful store, would recommend never coming into this store. Awful and atrocious staff members, specifically a woman name Wendy, who could not have been more rude and unhelpful. Beyond that the other staff was not particularly knowledgeable. Horrendous wait time at that when there were only 2 or 3 other people in the store. Honestly terrible experience heightened by the weird security guard who was getting uncomfortably close to me multiple times when I’m just sitting down on my phone waiting.
